Colorado. My people. For the love of Pete. 🙄
Everyone's dropping 40-page voter guides. Here's mine. It fits on a sticky note. 📝
The legislature in Denver won't fix any of this. So we go AROUND them. That's what the ballot is for.
✅ YES on 81: Cops can talk to ICE. Wild that this needs a vote.
✅ YES on 82: Your gas stove, your choice. 🔥
✅ YES on 84: Last 4 of your SSN or driver's license on your mail ballot. You show ID to buy cold medicine, people.
✅ YES on 85: Ballot questions in plain English. No more lawyer-speak designed to confuse you.
✅ YES on 132: Tougher penalties for fentanyl dealers.
✅ YES on 133: Life without parole for trafficking kids. If you have to think about this one, log off.
✅ YES on 134: Girls' sports are for girls.
✅ YES on 135: Protect kids from irreversible surgeries.
✅ YES on 136: Cap the income tax at 4.4%.
❌ NO on 87: A $2.7 BILLION a year tax hike dressed up as "tax the rich." It never stays on the rich.
❌ NO on NN: Let the state keep your TABOR refund? Hard pass.
That's it. That's the guide. Eleven bubbles. Five minutes. One cup of coffee. ☕
And the amendments need 55% to pass, so "I'll get to it" doesn't cut it this year.
Ballots are in your mailbox NOW.
Help a state out, Colorado. 🏔️🇺🇸

😱 Colorado Democrats are ONE seat away from a two-thirds supermajority in both chambers.
House: they hold 43 of 65. Two-thirds is 44.
Senate: they hold 23 of 35. Two-thirds is 24.
With two-thirds, they can send constitutional amendments to your ballot and override vetoes without a single @cologop vote. Here's what the insiders are watching, and what most people are missing. 🧵
1.These seats are decided by a handful of votes.
HD 16 in Colorado Springs was decided by 3 votes in 2024.
Three.
HD 19 (Frederick/Weld) by 110.
HD 50 (Greeley/Fort Lupton) by 563.
If you think your ballot doesn't matter, it does.
2.The money tells you where the war is.
Outside groups have already poured hundreds of thousands into a short list of state Senate seats: SD 30 in Highlands Ranch, SD 3 in Pueblo @dana4colorado and SD 15 in Loveland @SenatorWoodward
SD 30 @Sen_John_Carson is Democrats' top Senate target this year.
3.Congress is in play too.
National Democrats have put all four of Colorado's Republican-held House seats on their target list: CD-3, CD-4, CD-5 and CD-8.
They're openly saying Douglas County is their way into CD-4.
@RepBoebert @RepJeffHurd @RepJeffCrank @repgabeevans
4.The voter rolls are shifting under everyone's feet.
Unaffiliated voters decide Colorado now. Period. Final 2026 primary returns show that of unaffiliated voters who picked a party ballot, 72% chose the Democratic ballot and 28% the Republican one
A Republican has to win unaffiliated voters by about 8 points to win statewide. That's a 24-point swing from the primary split.
If unaffiliated voters vote 70/30 Democrat in November, Republicans lose a statewide race by about 510,000 votes, roughly 19 points.
To win, a Republican needs about 1.33 million votes. At 70/30 they'd get about 1.08 million, so roughly 255,000 voters have to switch sides.
5.CO Republicans need to vote - 75% turn out ain’t gonna cut it this year. The fight is the Republicans who skip midterms and the unaffiliated voters who lean our way. Get them, and these seats hold.
6.The calendar is already running. Ballots are going out now.
Oct. 26 is the last day it's safe to mail your ballot back. After that, use a drop box.
Bottom line: the supermajority isn't decided at the top of the ticket. It's decided in a few neighborhoods in Highlands Ranch, Colorado Springs, Weld County and Pueblo, by a few hundred people who either return their ballot or don't.
Return yours. Then make sure your neighbors return theirs.

An educated and virtuous people are difficult to enslave.
“A society that mocks virtue prepares its own collapse.” Summary of Plato’s Book VIII of The Republic
And nearly 2,000 years later, Samuel Adams gave America the same warning:
“No people will tamely surrender their Liberties, nor can any be easily subdued, when knowledge is diffused and virtue is preserved. On the contrary, when people are universally ignorant, and debauched in their manners, they will sink under their own weight without the aid of foreign invaders.” Samuel Adams, 1775
Read those words carefully.
Adams understood something that Americans desperately need to recover:
Liberty does not sustain itself.
A free people must possess the knowledge necessary to understand their rights and the virtue necessary to preserve them.
You cannot have a constitutional republic where the people are ignorant of the Constitution.
You cannot preserve liberty when people no longer understand the difference between rights and privileges, government power and individual authority, law and legislation, or liberty and license.
And you cannot maintain self-government when virtue is mocked as weakness, morality is treated as oppression, and personal responsibility is replaced by an expectation that government will solve every problem.
This is why education matters. Not indoctrination. Education.
The Founders understood that an ignorant people could be controlled without an army.
And Adams warned us that the greatest threat may not come from a foreign invader at all.
A people can collapse from within when they lose the knowledge of their rights and the virtue necessary to defend them.
That is why the preservation of liberty begins with the preservation of truth, knowledge, virtue, and the principles upon which our constitutional government was founded.
The question is not merely:
“Who is in government?”
The deeper question is:
“What does the governed understand about their own government?”
Because an educated and virtuous people are difficult to enslave.
An ignorant and morally disordered people can surrender their liberty without anyone having to take it from them.
Learn the principles. Know the Constitution. Understand the history. Preserve the liberty.

There is a faulty premise at the center of the debate over eliminating homestead property taxes:
“If we eliminate property taxes on people’s homes, local governments will go bankrupt.”
Before accepting the conclusion, perhaps we should examine the premise…

COLORADO’S BALLOT IS FINAL
People keep asking how I am voting on the statewide ballot measures. Here it is, plain and simple.
✅ AMENDMENT 81: YES
If someone is charged with a violent crime and police cannot determine whether they are legally in this country, federal immigration authorities should be notified.
✅ AMENDMENT 82: YES
You should have the right to use natural gas to heat your home, cook your food, or run your business. Government should not take that choice away.
✅ AMENDMENT 83: YES, WITH RESERVATIONS
This puts the right to hunt and fish in the Colorado Constitution. It also says hunting and fishing are a preferred way to manage wildlife. I do not like all the power it still leaves with the state, but protecting hunting in our Constitution is better than leaving it completely exposed.
✅ AMENDMENT 84: YES
Mail ballots should require voter identification. If information is missing or wrong, the voter will have a chance to fix it.
✅ AMENDMENT 85: YES
Ballot questions should be written in plain English. Voters should not need a lawyer to understand what they are voting on.
✅ AMENDMENT 86: YES
Politicians should not be able to redraw congressional districts in the middle of the decade just to help their own party.
❌ AMENDMENT 87: NO
This ends Colorado’s flat income tax, creates tax rates as high as 8.4 percent, and increases state taxes by an estimated $2.7 billion every year. Government already takes and spends enough.
❌ PROPOSITION NN: NO
They say it does not raise taxes. What it really does is let the state keep billions of dollars that could otherwise be returned to taxpayers through TABOR. The education promises focus on ten years, but the higher government spending limit is permanent.
✅ PROPOSITION 132: YES
Fentanyl is killing people and destroying families. Dealers need stronger punishment, and people addicted to fentanyl need real treatment.
✅ PROPOSITION 133: YES
Anyone who knowingly buys or sells sexual activity involving a child deserves life in prison.
✅ PROPOSITION 134: YES
Girls deserve fair sports. Female sports should be based on biological sex.
✅ PROPOSITION 135: YES
Children cannot understand or consent to permanent, life changing surgery. Adults can make their own decisions. Children need protection.
✅ PROPOSITION 136: YES
This caps Colorado’s income tax rate at 4.4 percent. Government can lower the tax rate, but it cannot raise it above 4.4 percent.
❌ PROPOSITION 137: NO
This lets the state keep about $175 million a year that could otherwise be returned through TABOR. It locks that money into government controlled conservation programs. In Colorado, “conservation” too often becomes restrictions, closed roads, and locked gates.
There it is.
11 YES votes.
3 NO votes.
Read them for yourself. Make your own decision. Then vote.

Who Authorized America’s National Surveillance Network? By Constitutional Attorney KrisAnne Hall
There is a question about Flock Safety that Americans are not asking loudly enough. Until this week, it appeared to be a question Members of Congress were not asking at all:
Who authorized the construction of a nationwide surveillance network capable of recording the movements of Americans across nearly the entire United States?
I’ll bet a beer these are the same people who hoarded toilet paper during the CCP WuhanFlu plandemic.
Narcissism on full display.
Hail hits Castle Pines and I-25 north and southbound grind to a halt — not because of ice, not because of wrecks. Because a bunch of selfish jackasses stopped under the bridge, block all lanes just to baby their cars.
Forcing everyone behind them sat fully exposed and took the entire storm. Half mile away it was clear.
That’s the new Colorado ethic: save my car, to hell with the people behind me.

Don’t blame baby boomers because they could buy houses for $20k and pay for college with a summer job.
Blame the politicians who printed money from thin air for half a century to fund expansion of government, war and grift.
The money is broken. Fix the money. Fix the world.
Ben Franklin warned us:
"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety"
Every single person who took the jab in the USA consented to it. Society told you that in order to fly, in order to enter a nursing home, in order to attend a university, in order to keep your job, in order to work on a movie set, etc., you had to get jabbed.
But no one threw you on the ground, handcuffed you and jabbed you against your will.
They just made it a choice that many people found extremely difficult: Either take the jab, or your life becomes incredibly inconvenient.
Most people chose convenience over safety. And they consented.
Since then, millions of people have learned (the hard way) a very valuable and expensive lesson: If society is forcing you to do something you don't want to do, it's probably not in your best interests to be obedient.
If you want to survive what's coming next, you need to prepare for widespread inconvenience as a necessary component of resistance against being exterminated.
PROTECTING YOUR LIFE WILL NOT BE "CONVENIENT."
It will be difficult by design.

You think calling us Boomers is some kind of burn?
We’re older. That just means we’ve been alive longer than you. It’s not an insult, it’s a fact. It’s the one universal rite of passage every human being eventually goes through, whether you like it or not.
Being older doesn’t make us obsolete. It makes us infinitely wiser than you because we’ve already made the mistakes you’re still convinced are brilliant ideas.
You’re young enough to believe you’ll never get old and that you’re somehow smarter than everyone who came before you. Spoiler: you’re not.
Instead of mocking the people who’ve already walked the path, try learning from them. Embrace the ride as you age because the alternative really does suck.
