For the last 9-months, my wife, Brooklyn has been pregnant with a very sick baby boy. Three or four months ago, we learned that the baby had severe hydrocephalus. Back in the old days, hydrocephalus was called, 'water on the brain' - too much brain fluid. Ultimately, we were referred to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, where we were told by several of the most highly regarded fetal specialists in the country that his condition was dire. The baby's condition was 'off the charts bad'. It was so extreme that the specialists stopped measuring and monitoring his fluid level because, at that point, it didn't really matter. The MRI's were sickening to look at.
We were told, pointblank, that there was over a 90% chance that the baby would either die shortly after birth or have such severe cognitive impairments that any quality of life would be hard to imagine. We had a meeting with palliative care regarding the use of life sustaining measures and had detailed, awful, and emotional discussions about the ethics of when we might need to remove or cease such measures - which would result in the baby 'passing away peacefully'.
Brooklyn relocated to Cincinnati and lived in a hotel close to the hospital - in case she went into labor. I commuted back and forth. On July 8th, Brooklyn did indeed go into labor. Literally, 15 minutes before they wheeled her back to start the C-section, we had another meeting with doctors regarding the use of a breathing tube and at what point we might need to remove that tube and let the baby go to Heaven. Guess what? The baby came out crying - which was the sweetest sound I ever heard.
In a nutshell, Charlie Schnarr stayed in infant intensive care until yesterday - when we all came home. He seems to be a normal, beautiful baby doing all the things that babies do. He has mild ventricular enlargement, but we can deal with that with checkups.
How did this happen?!
The doctors said, 'We do not have and cannot come up with a medical explanation for what we've witnessed here'. Somehow his brain found a way to naturally clear the blockage or re-route the fluid that was causing the oppressive back up of brain fluid. During the last week, I heard the words, 'divine intervention' and 'miracle' more times than I could count. Nurses with decades of experience and esteemed, nationally admired doctors were flabbergasted but jubilant. Because of the domino effect of friends, family, clients, colleagues and even strangers praying and asking others to pray for us, I do not doubt that there were thousands of people praying for us.
I'm a practical person that certainly believes in science and medical technology, but I absolutely know, from the bottom of my heart, that God was involved in this. I give ALL of the credit and glory to Him. Prayer is positively powerful. God is real, and He still performs miracles."

Don’t tell me to calm down. You know exactly what you were saying in your tweet and yes, you should absolutely be raided by the FBI, and so should your mosque. You are essentially calling for Islamic jihad if Abdul loses, and if he wins tomorrow!
If you see something, say something.
I see your threats, so I’m saying something.
So because I did a tweet discussing a political reckoning regarding DEMOCRATS, you want the FBI to do a raid on my home and my community mosque?
First, reading comprehension, Laura.
Second, why waste law enforcement's time and money and ask them to terrorize Americans?
Third, please calm down and have a cookie and a coke.

And this…this my friends is why I keep telling you that President Trump is having a much harder time holding people accountable than you realize. Almost every attempt to hold these people accountable has been blocked by a judge somewhere. This isn’t on Trump, it’s on the judicial branch and it only gets worse if Democrats take power. So vote accordingly.

🚨 BOMBSHELL UNDERCOVER VIDEO: James Talarico’s own circle exposes his strategy to fool Texas voters.
The Williamson County Democratic Chair and Talarico’s girlfriend’s family reveal that he’s portraying himself as a moderate to get elected, then plans to go right back to being the progressive he really is.
“He probably said that to try to make himself appear more centrist. He’s very liberal…but we’ve got to get elected, so we can do something.”
They also reveal he doesn’t care about border security and will do nothing to enforce it.
This is the Democrat agenda for Texas: lie to voters, pretend to be moderate, and abandon border security.
Talarico is a fraud and a liar. 👇

They knowingly ended their political careers here and should be genuinely commended for this. A little honesty left in some Democrats after all...
Extraordinary. And massively consequential.
Something very rare in politics: A true profile in courage from @HaleyforMI
She is putting country before party & rightly acknowledging that Abdul El Sayed is too radical, hateful & dangerous to serve in the Senate.
Bravo! 👏

“There is no safe investment. To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything, and your heart will certainly be wrung and possibly be broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact, you must give your heart to no one, not even to an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements; lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket – safe, dark, motionless, airless – it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. The alternative to tragedy, or at least to the risk of tragedy, is damnation. The only place outside Heaven where you can be perfectly safe from all the dangers and perturbations of love is Hell.”

Abdul El-Sayed has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
His mother worked for a charity the U.S. designated for funneling money to bin Laden and other terrorists.
His father sits on a charity board that got caught moving cash to Saddam Hussein.
His sister is pro-Hamas and was arrested for spitting on a cop.
His family has someone who ended up on a no-fly list.
When El-Sayed was asked what he thought about Trump taking out Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, he said he didn’t want to talk about it because there are a lot of people in Dearborn who are sad.
On top of his nonstop, pure hate against whites, Jews, and anything that isn’t pro-Islam, he also befriended someone like Piker, who said America deserved 9/11.
So, if you wanna know why a Democrat like Haley Stevens, whose fiancé is Jewish, endorsed Mike Rogers over Abdul El-Sayed, there’s your answer.

About three years ago, I had the privilege of baptizing a former student who had come to faith in Jesus Christ.
He was a troubled kid. The kind of kid that many people had probably written off. Some might have wondered if he would ever amount to much, much less become a follower of Christ.
But God…
God saved him. God changed his heart. God transformed his life. The same young man whom some had little hope for became a testimony of God’s saving grace. And I had the privilege of standing in the water and baptizing him as he publicly professed his faith in Christ.
But less than a year later, tragedy struck. Cancer came unexpectedly and took his life rather rapidly. He was gone far sooner than anyone could have imagined.
I’ve thought about him often since then.
His story is a reminder of two things we desperately need to remember.
First, never underestimate the saving power of God. Don’t write people off. Don’t assume someone is too far gone, too rebellious, too broken, or too unlikely to ever believe. The gospel is the power of God for salvation. God saves sinners. He gives life to the spiritually dead. He makes new creations out of people the world has given up on.
Second, we must never presume upon tomorrow. We are not promised another year, another month, another week, or even another day. We spend so much time assuming there will always be more opportunities to share the gospel, more opportunities to repent, and more opportunities to get serious about the things of God.
But we don’t know that.
The psalmist prayed, “So teach us to number our days, that we may get a heart of wisdom.” (Psalm 90:12)
That prayer ought to sober every one of us.
Christian, share the gospel. Don’t assume you’ll have another opportunity. Tell your family. Tell your friends. Tell that coworker. Tell that former student. Tell the person you’ve been meaning to talk to.
And if you’re reading this and you’ve never truly repented of your sin and trusted in Jesus Christ, please don’t presume upon tomorrow. Your life is a vapor. Eternity is real. Death is certain. And Jesus Christ is the only hope for sinners.
This young man’s story reminds me that God can save anyone, and none of us knows how much time we have.
The gospel is too important to keep to ourselves, and eternity is too important to put off.
Don’t wait until tomorrow to take seriously what God has commanded you to do today.
