🔥 Leg Day at Tier1 HQ 🔥
Season might be wrapped up for some of our guys— but the grind is just heating up. 💪
Today, the guys hit LEG DAY with that same Tier1 intensity — building power, explosion, and lower-body strength that translates straight to the field. Every rep, every set, every drop of sweat is about getting stronger, faster, and more dominant for next season.
This is where champions are built. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just work.
No Days Off. It’s the Tier1 Mentality.

🔥 Back to Work. No Days Off. 🔥
With the season winding down for some of our guys, the grind doesn’t stop — it just shifts gears. The guys are back in the lab at Tier1 HQ, locked in on getting stronger, faster, and more explosive for what’s next.
This is where the real work gets done. If you want to reach the level these boys are chasing, the offseason is where you separate yourself.

🚨Player Spotlight🚨
Kyle Greak | CO’ 26 OL | Orange Beach (AL)
Standing 6’4”, 295 pounds, @KyleGreak72 is one of the more under-looked OL in Alabama’s 2026 class. Greak is strong in the trenches combining power, balance, and elite awareness to control defenders at the line of scrimmage.
Already holding an offer from West Alabama, Greak’s film shows a mauler in the run game who finishes blocks with authority, paired with the solid footwork and patience in pass protection.
Equally impressive off the field, Greak carries a 3.6 GPA, reflecting the same discipline and focus that define his play. A complete student-athlete with all the tools to dominate at the next level.

Orange Beach ‘26 OL Kyle Greak’s recruitment has been picking up steam. @KyleGreak72
He’s a force to be reckoned with. All 6-foot-4 290 pounds of his frame delivers a mean punch in the run game and solid pass protection.

Orange Beach 2026 OL Kyle Greak (6’4” 295) is quickly making a name for himself as one of the top offensive linemen in the state. Already holding an offer from West Alabama, Greak brings a complete skill set to the trenches. @KyleGreak72
A two-year starter for Orange Beach, Greak has proven himself against top competition. He’s a powerful run blocker who consistently creates lanes at the point of attack, while also showing the footwork and awareness to be a dependable pass protector. His size, strength, and versatility make him a valuable asset at multiple positions along the line.
