Dear Elon Musk @elonmusk,
Three days ago, Block, the parent of Cash App, agreed to pay roughly $764 million to the Department of Justice for failing to stop money laundering on a product that looks a lot like X Money. Regulators found Cash Appโs backlog of unreviewed suspicious activity alerts went from 18,000 to 169,000 in two years. The product grew faster than the people watching it.
I am writing because I believe the same thing is about to happen to you, and I would rather say so now than read about it later.
My name is Everett Stern. I am the HSBC whistleblower. In 2010 I was a compliance officer who found money moving through the bank for drug cartels, terror financiers, and sanctioned regimes. I documented it. I escalated it. I was told to stop. So I took it to the United States government, the way every citizen is told to. The bank paid $1.9 billion. Nobody went to jail. And I lost everything. My career ended. I was blacklisted from the industry I had tried to protect. I slept on a cot in an apartment with cockroaches and waited tables at @PFChangs to survive. I risked my life, and for a long time I was not sure it had been worth it. I rebuilt from nothing, and I decided the rest of my life would be spent preventing the next HSBC.
Last month Bank of America admitted to willfully violating the Bank Secrecy Act. More than $5 billion in suspicious transactions went unreported. 475 sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism programs. The bank paid $1.2 billion, about two weeks of its profit, and not one person was charged. I wrote an open letter to Secretary Bessent asking him to refer the people responsible for criminal prosecution. 3.7 million Americans read it. Republicans and Democrats stood behind it. The Secretary never answered. No banker is going to jail.
Here is the problem we are facing, in plain terms. Every terrorist attack starts with a wire transfer. Every drug death in America starts with a cartel being able to move its money. The banks know it, pay their fines, and keep going. The government knows it and takes no real action. Fourteen years after HSBC, nothing has changed, and people are dying because of it.
But you can change it. You can on your own platform, from the first day, before the first alert backlog ever forms. The banks will not do it. Treasury has not done it. You could be the first person with the power to build it right who actually did.
I have the highest respect for you and what you have built. I know you have no interest in supporting terrorists or drug cartels. But I have spent fourteen years watching how they work, and they are already reading your website. It promises to โpay anyone on X, free and with no limits,โ a Visa card with worldwide ATM fee reimbursements, no foreign transaction fees, and wires in and out. That is a feature list for an honest customer. It is also a feature list for a cartel. You have spent three years fighting bots on this platform. The day a bot can hold a wallet, the bot problem becomes a money laundering problem. Picture a fentanyl distributor in Phoenix with two hundred burner accounts, moving $900 at a time with no limits, cashed out through an X Card at an ATM anywhere in the world by Friday, with the fees reimbursed. Regulators call that structuring. Everyone else can see what it is.
Your website says a great deal about yield, cashback, and FDIC coverage. It does not say one word about how X Money verifies who a customer is or watches where the money goes. Maybe that work is being done quietly. If it is, I would be glad to be wrong. If it is not, that is the gap Block just paid $764 million for.
I am asking for a conversation. With you, with whoever leads financial crimes at X Money, or with anyone there who has the power to make a difference. Please allow me the honor of helping make X Money better and protecting the financial system of the United States of America.
Thank you for all you do for this country.
With sincere respect,
Everett A. Stern

Look directly at Ro Khanna's own X account after Tuesday night.
He didn't post a bill to lower grocery prices.
He posted three words:
"DEI is back." ๐คก
Read those three words until they burn into your memory.
Democrats didn't take Congress to help working fathers buy steak or pay the electric bill.
They took Congress to bring back woke quotas, gender lectures, and anti-meritocracy madness.
They lied to get your vote, and laughed in your face the next morning. ๐ฅ

Before Tuesday night, Democrats looked into the camera and promised one thing:
"Vote for us and we'll lower your costs." ๐
Then the polls closed. Look at what Democrats in Congress posted on X that same night:
"LAWYER UP."
"Subpoenas."
"Our thank you will come in January - with subpoenas."
"DEI is back!"
Not one bill for cheaper beef.
Not one bill for cheaper gas.
Working families asked for bread.
Democrats handed them a subpoena circus.
Never forget this in 2028! ๐ฅ

President Bukele has done more to stop the butchering of civilians and bring stability back to Haiti than any human rights council in the United Nations.
Well done my friend @nayibbukele. God favors those who protect the innocent.

Wait a second, Canadaโs population grew by 4 million in that period and 2.32 million of that growth was immigrants and no private sector jobs were added?
Canada is nuked.
Canada added no private sector jobs from 2019 to 2024 โ U.S. did the exact opposite nationalpost.com/news/canadaโฆ

I love my pets.
I've loved @chewy's business model.
But if they think I'm going to continue to spend over $100 per month on my pets' medication after finding out they sponsor that evil Jennifer Welch's podcast, they're wrong.
I'm not big into boycotts, but this moral line in the sand was too big to ignore.

Hey @Chewy , will you continue to sponsor this program that celebrates assassination? We need to know what your brand stands for.
Podcasters Jennifer Welch and Angie Sullivan can't stop laughing at the thought of digging up Charlie Kirk's corpse and "doing it" again to him.
After laughing for 30 seconds straight, the women falsely claimed that Tyler Robinson was a 'MAGA person.'
They will celebrate your death, laugh uncontrollably, and still be fully convinced they're the "good guys."

BREAKING: Ron Baron backs Elon Musk to put data centers in space.
โWe need more power and Elonโs doing that.โ
โข Baron says America needs to build more chips at home and generate more electricity. โWe need more power. Elonโs doing that.โ
โข By Baronโs estimate, China has roughly 3ร the power capacity of the U.S. and adds about 300 gigawatts a year, compared with 20 in the U.S.
โข Baron says Musk is targeting launches in 2027 and 2028 to bring solar-powered data centers into orbit.
โข He expects data centers in space to be โsignificant in 2028โ and โhugeโ a year or two later.

Very disappointed to see that you're on this list @onequince I don't want to support a business that thinks this kind of trash content is OK. A man was horrifically murdered and these two are joking about wanting to dig him up and do it again? They don't deserve air time. Period

Yet a giant swath of conservative influencers turned into Vietnam hippie retards overnight.

I've lost count of how many times I've said this publicly over many months. Midnight Hammer prevented the nuclear breakout; Epic Fury prevented the missile breakout they needed to reconstitute the nuclear program and reach a zone of immunity.

Keep the pressure on, America. Don't stop until these two murderous hags can't get a sponsorship from ANYONE.
New from me...
Turns out, sponsoring a pair of evil harpies might be bad for business.

Hey @ZipRecruiter why do you sponsor the Jennifer Welch podcast, "I've Had It" when Welch is so demonic and hateful?
I'm a business owner and I'll never use your company again. We have other choices.
