RFKs racist rant against Arabs was despicable. It was personally offensive since Alex Azar and myself —both Arab Americans —were his predecessors. I am proud of my Arab heritage. He is a bigot and a racist.

Israel is an apartheid state in the same way that Canada is an apartheid state for not letting me, an American, vote in their elections.

Israeli apartheid is:
-Palestinians can't vote in israeli elections (not apartheid)
-Palestinians can't drive past IDF checkpoints without id (also not apartheid)
-Palestinians have been prevented from leaving their homes and seeing friends and family (wildly false)
Poor Kerry Kennedy - and brava to her! Her brother has gone off the rails completely.
“The easiest thing for a political leader to do is to appeal to our bigotry and our hatred and xenophobia and prejudice, and point to people who are unlike us and say they’re the ones who are damaging our country," Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., August 5, 2016 on Larry King Now.
There was a time when I completely agreed with my brother. Today, I am deeply ashamed of him.
Arab and Muslim people alike have made extraordinary contributions to the world across literature, science, mathematics, medicine and countless other fields. To name a few, Omar M. Yaghi won the Wolf Prize in Chemistry in 2018 and the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2025. Ahmed Zewail won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1999, and Naguib Mahfouz won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1988.
A person’s race, religion, ethnicity or socioeconomic background does not determine their intellect, creativity or capacity to contribute to humanity.
My thoughts are with all those hurt by my brother’s false, cruel and derogatory words.

If exit polls hold, the Israeli public rendered a clear verdict on Netanyahu’s coalition, dropping them from 64 to about 50 seats. He has no path to a government. Eizenkot’s bloc does, working with the Arab parties who appear likely to receive a record 17-18 seats. Israeli democracy has created this important opportunity for change.

For my latest, I quoted El-Sayed's exact statements that match the 'grocery' ad that everyone agrees is anti-Semitic. Just to be clear that you cannot find one acceptable and the other beyond the pale: commentary.org/seth-mandel/t…

Just delightful videos of Bedouin Israeli voters riding camels to the polls, mostly to vote for Ra'am, an Islamist party with a Jewish #2 that could be the kingmaker in the election's outcome.
Whoa! Israeli voter turnout. I get that this is a country of 9.5 million but I cannot imagine this turnout in the commensurate LA County! If we could so this in the US, WE WOULD HAVE UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE!
At least he’s not a “ white colonizer settler!”

So Marc Chagall was simply...Eastern European?
Are we sure there isn't a more relevant ethnic identity to a man born in the Pale of Settlement, banned from attending gentile schools by the Russian Empire, and whose paintings depict Jewish life?
Nope? Just Eastern European?
New Yorkers experience the abundant contributions of our Eastern European neighbors every day. As we pair syrniki with sour cream in Brighton Beach, look in wonder at a Chagall painting at MoMA and banter with babushkas in Rego Park.
Last week, we celebrated Eastern European heritage at Gracie Mansion, because the story of New York City cannot be told without the story of our Eastern European neighbors.
From new immigrants to those who've lived here for generations, Eastern Europeans have built New York City. We owe them a city they can afford to call home.
