10/ We next wished to explore PRC2 integrity in the absence of AEBP2 isoforms with @LabVermeulen. We found that while loss of either isoform reduced JARID2 incorporation, JARID2 in PRC2.2 can associate with either isoform, or even without both

We designed a biotinylated photoaffinity probe and used it in a proteomicscreening to discover a broad range of olaparib interactors, including previously unreported proteins, contributing to the currentunderstanding of olaparib's pharmacology.
