FYI it isn't BHVR's fault when a license leaves, they want things to stay, it looks bad when licenses leave. Chucky leaving seems to be an issue with Don Mancini and Universal.
Chucky x Fortnite was scrapped randomly, and his movies were removed from Netflix unexpectedly.

Yesterday, we introduced you to Backend Tunables, a system that lets us get small balance changes in your hands quicker, in between patches.
To help show you this system in action, we're prepping some buffs for The Good Guy to put him in a better place for the long term:

🔪Shorter Hidey-Ho mode cooldown
We have this tentatively scheduled for the coming 2 weeks, so keep an eye on this space for further updates!

The inability to fix his immense amount of bugs.
Small chance we get bug fixes and addon pass. Anything else I’m pretty concerned about his future

We welcomed The Good Guy out of his box and into The Fog nearly three years ago, but it's now time for the Chucky Chapter to leave the shelf.
On November 24, 2026, the Chapter and its associated content will be removed from in-game and first-party stores. Any content unlocked before that date will remain available to use in-game.
To celebrate his time in The Fog, the content of the Chapter will be on sale on all platforms starting on Monday, October 26, giving you a chance to unlock the Character and Cosmetics before they leave the store.

Yay ok so I see in the beta hub all these are listed for Chucky and SO many more. Is there a timeframe on when he is getting bug fixes? He is unplayable in his current state cause we don’t know how many bugs will will have in the match.

Chucky is far more bugged. Also since ptb.
-M1 looses collision
-6 camera bugs
-m2 looses all collision
-m2 randomly teleports away from survivors
-m2 randomly disappears and cancels out
-m2 hits invisible walls
-m2 never recharges or comes back
-double missed hit animations leading to increased distance for survivor
-vast audio bugs.
-3 scamper bugs
-4 animations missing
- broken walk cycle
-broken foot fall generation
- broken audio cues
- tiff makes chucky sounds
- ability to randomly go 220% speed
-space Chucky
- and a few more I’m not willing to openly discuss
- and a partridge in a pear tree
I’m well aware of weskers bugs. He has never been more bugged and definitely isn’t now. He only got the awareness due to his overwhelming popularity

chucky is probably leaving afterall. and this is now following them supposedly pulling out of a partnership with epic games as well.
Chucky is one of the most bugged and destroyed designs in the game rn, I do not think a final rework will solve all his issues. this may be extremely bad news...
