Smoke is a huge health hazard. We should expect more and more of these days.
#BREAKING: Thick smoke is currently covering Sydney. Authorities have said to say indoors, preventing any threat to children, elderly and pets. The smoke is likely to stay throughout the day.

Here come the cannulation packs...expensive, bulky to store, wasteful, raided by clinicians for specific items and full of confusing dressings. Their introduction lead to a significant INCREASE in infection rates! @First_do_noharm #ACEM19
