$IOND breaks $60 ! 🚀 As predicted no significant #IonicDigital dump.. My first recommendation is just selling 5% at $62-$63 w/ another 10%-20% at $69 to $70. And that will be it until ERCOT announcement in Aug 7.. or the following week! If there are retracements! Just💎👐

🚨How to price your #IonicDigital shares ? 🤑 In today’s alpha, I’ll focus on putting the company’s assets, contracts, future revenue, and profit into context relative to the share count and potential dilution. Because the company dilutes as it reaches higher prices, it’s essential to track how many shares may come to market. In total, there are roughly 48.5M shares currently expected, including warrant conversions, unlocked shares from the $400M round, and officer and board compensation. However, most of these won’t trade on day one. Many Celsius Network creditors have not yet transferred their shares, and about 3M shares remain unclaimed. There is also limited shorting pressure. Most of it will likely come from market makers. To estimate a fair price: Look at profit and assets in the chart below 👇and decide which are most likely to be priced in by the market. Then take your market cap and divide it by the number of shares on the X-axis. Key company milestones (afaik): • Midland project conversion approval by leadership, end of July ’26 • ERCOT approval of up to 499MW expansion, around Aug 7 • Nscale rent payments starting in August • Turnkey contract expected this year if baseload is approved • Oncor and TNMP infrastructure completion in Ward County by Dec ’26 • First turnkey delivery expected between late ’27 and ’28 • Midland conversion and contract signing • First agentic data center in a major urban connection • Additional tenants beyond Nscale Other relevant events: • Nscale, Ionic’s largest tenant, goes public • One year after listing, unclaimed shares (excluding contested) may be sold by the state • Warrant conversions at 63.6, 74.2, and 87.5 • 6-month investor unlock, potentially earlier if the stock reaches $70 (7.5M shares) Share this with anyone with Ionic Digital shares or looking to buy/sell! ‼️This is one of my most important posts and should help you understand how cheap or expensive $IOND really is.
