everyone’s brain is fucking fried. if you can acknowledge two candidates are bad & then you “prefer” one over the other, you are electing evil. feeling morally superior for choosing one devil over another devil is truly delusional to me, but whatever.

I understand this feeling very well.
I was always suspicious of western media but hearing the BBC call Hind Rajab “a woman in Gaza” sealed the deal for forever.
It’s state propaganda and their board of directors should be tried

Maybe the US will destruct itself for Israel and that will bring an end to it all
BREAKING: Iran has reportedly activated its "dead hand" doctrine as Iranian officials now believe a joint U.S.-Israeli attack is imminent and have instructed the country’s armed forces to directly activate the decentralized “Mosaic Defense” doctrine, with commanders reportedly receiving extensive lists of U.S. economic and political targets to strike if war erupts, per Fars News.
The activation shifts Iran's military to 31 autonomous provincial commands, designed to ensure devastating retaliatory strikes can be launched even if central leadership is decapitated in a first wave of attacks. Tehran is pre-authorizing field commanders to fire without waiting for orders from the top.
It comes as Trump says the U.S. is "not negotiating" and "something will happen soon," Washington orders the complete evacuation of its embassy staff from the Gulf, and the IRGC claims to have struck seven vessels in a single night. The region is now on a hair trigger for total war.

We must make sure Iran stands strong
Breaking news: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Wednesday night that the Iranian regime must be overthrown once and for all.
So long as the Iranian regime remains standing, Netanyahu said, Israel faces an “existential threat.” wapo.st/4z3cN9h
A young girl waits in a food line in Gaza, visibly struggling in the mass of people as she holds an empty pot. Amid catastrophic levels of hunger and malnutrition, exacerbated by Israeli restrictions on aid and funding cuts by international organisations, most people in Gaza rely on charity kitchens for their daily meals.
Since the beginning of October, the distribution of daily hot meals and monthly food parcels to families has declined significantly due to funding shortfalls, with the UN World Food Programme’s cuts leaving around 500,000 people without monthly food assistance. About 1.4 million people — two-thirds of Gaza’s population — face crisis-level food insecurity or worse, while the WFP says it urgently needs $450 million over the next six months to sustain critical operations in Gaza and the occupied West Bank ahead of a fourth winter as Israel continues its genocide of the Palestinian people

You don't get to support a proscribed terrorist organisation because you disagree with the decision a democratically elected government made to proscribe them. Cope.

In January 2025 my mom’s lung cancer spread to her brain. The drug with the best chance of helping her was approved in China but not here.
A doctor told me, almost as an aside, that if she were Chinese she could buy it at a pharmacy.
So I flew to Shanghai and came home with 26 boxes in my luggage. That was 19 months ago. My mom is still here, still working, and in her words has had an amazing three years.
The drug was approved in China in 2023. The FDA approved it in July 2025. It still is not for sale here. I know of at least 30 Americans who have made the same trip.
I have been scared to tell this story because I worried it could cost my mom access to the medicine keeping her alive. But the problem matters more than my silence. These drugs need to be developed and available here, and that means FDA reform.
Art Allen at KFF Health News told our story this week. It also ran in The Washington Post.
