Both Litecoin exclusive DAT's (@LuxxfolioH & @LiteStrategy) are pulling their weight and making the LTC ecosystem stronger. Both invested in @LitecoinVM Both are fully transparent with their stacks Both are involved in other projects within the litecoin:native ecosystem Both support initiatives and partnerships brought to them through @LTCFoundation and... Both support each other publicly and behind the scenes if ever needed. Tell me other crypto DAT's that do that much for the betterment of not just themselves but for the coin they invest in. I'll wait.

Litecoin turns 15 today, which makes it older than Coinbase, older than Ethereum and older than Tinder (that last one surprised me). We’ve built an entire company around Litecoin, and what stands out to me most is the people. A lot of what makes a network last lives with everyone who kept showing up for it, year after year, through the busy stretches and the quiet ones. So for the birthday we built Proof of Time, a place for those stories. Happy birthday, Litecoin, and thank you to everyone who’s been part of it. Add your story here: proofoftime.litestrategy.com
Happy 15th birthday, Litecoin. To mark the moment, we’ve opened a public wall of crypto stories, from every chain, each one stamped with the year it happened. If you’re already on the wall, share your card. If you’re not, there’s still a seat at the table: read a few stories, then add yours. Proof of Time is live at proofoftime.litestrategy.com.

The core rules on this card were set in 2011 and none have been touched since, because there is nobody who could touch them. - Every node checks the supply cap independently - The halving runs on block height, so July 2027 was knowable in 2011 - Scrypt keeps Bitcoin's miners from pointing hardware at Litecoin Most networks can revise these numbers through governance, and Litecoin has no mechanism to do so. Payments. Privacy. Hard money.

Money is moving onto open rails. The world sent $900B in remittances last year and paid an average of 6.4 percent to do it. Institutions now expect 5 to 10 percent of global payments to run on onchain rails by 2030. But a payment rail is only worth building on if the network underneath it will still be running in 20 years, and if there is a real economy moving across it. There are more than a 1,000 blockchains and 55M tokens. Fewer than a dozen networks are reliable enough to support the future onchain economy, and the ways to own them at scale are limited. @LiteStrategy is the largest public company holder of one of the oldest and most reliable digital networks, making it uniquely positioned to capitalize on this shift. We just reported our FY 2026 results, the first full year operating as a Litecoin treasury company. This was the year we built the base. We deployed $100M into Litecoin with institutional custody alongside professional management through @GSR_io Strategies, then launched a covered call program ahead of schedule. Those proceeds, together with the strategic utilization of our Litecoin balance, let us monetize our discount to NAV and put more Litecoin behind every share through the buyback. We also led the first institutional investment into @LitecoinVM, the layer bringing smart contract capability to Litecoin. As we move into our first full year of DAT operations, we anticipate that our focus will be on accretive buybacks, expanded yield opportunities, lower operational costs and cash burn, while continuing to evaluate strategic opportunities to expand Litecoin’s utility and growth of the Litecoin ecosystem. Payments. Privacy. Hard money.
Lite Strategy FY 2026 financial results are in. Key highlights: - $100M deployed into LTC, holding 832,716 $LTC as of June 30, 2026, over 1% of all Litecoin ever mined, making it the largest public company holder of Litecoin - $1.0M strategic investment led into LitVM, the first zero-knowledge Layer 2 on Litecoin - 6.4M shares repurchased, or 17% of shares outstanding, halving the discount to NAV from 40% to the low 20% - $930k proceeds generated from its covered call program Closing the FY at $42.7M in total assets, with no outstanding debt The objective for FY 2027 is continuing to grow LTC per share through active treasury management. Digital asset treasury capital has concentrated heavily in Bitcoin, leaving one of the longest-operating and lowest cost payment networks underrepresented relative to its fifteen-year record. Regulatory clarity is closing that gap, and @LitecoinVM broadens Litecoin's utility beyond payments. Lite Strategy offers institutional capital direct access to that opportunity, a regulated, liquid, publicly traded vehicle without the custody complexity of holding the asset. As an investor in the network itself, the Company benefits as adoption of Litecoin expands, an alignment passive vehicles cannot offer. With a full fiscal year of operating record and no outstanding debt, the next phase is direct engagement with banking partners, analysts and allocators. Payments. Privacy. Hard money.

Lite Strategy is not slowing down on Litecoin accumulation... Lite Strategy (@LiteStrategy) concludes its fiscal year with impressive performance, investing $100M to secure 832,716 litecoin:native. The protocol's accumulation amounts to over 1% of the overall circulating supply. This investment makes the corporation the biggest owner of Litecoin in the public corporate sector, essentially replicating the "Bitcoin Standard" in the revolutionary payments platform. For the end of the fiscal year, the firm recorded total assets of $42.7M, zero debt, and a very successful share repurchase program at 17%. The objective for FY 2027 is to continue to grow LTC per share through active treasury management.

Litecoin is now walking the EXACT path Bitcoin and Ethereum took into mainstream portfolios. Grayscale filed to turn its Litecoin Trust into a spot ETF on NYSE Arca, same LTCN ticker, same move they made with GBTC and ETHE, and Bloomberg's @EricBalchunas and @JSeyff have the odds near 100%. The thing i found interesting is how loosely that trust has tracked the Litecoin inside it, anywhere from a 5,893% premium to a 67% discount since 2020, cuz there was never a way to create or redeem shares so the price just kind of drifted. Every time an ETF like this gets closer somebody asks me why they'd own LITS instead, which is honestly a fair question. But the way I see it the two are built for different jobs. The ETF gives you clean spot exposure, which is exactly what a lot of allocators need, while we hold Litecoin and actually do things with it, buying back stock when it trades below the Litecoin behind it etc More doors into Litecoin makes the whole market bigger, so the more of these the better, even if this one's still waiting on the SEC.

Regulation is something that we really need to focus on too from a framework approach and it's much clearer than it has been. Even since I've been doing this over the last year, it's gotten more clear but it's got some space to go. I think that while some of it has removed some of the ambiguity that is holding back others from keeping deploying treasury into this space. I think we're moving in the right direction. It's definitely more assured, but we've got a little bit of ways to go. - Justin (Jay) File (@jay_lits) - CEO, CFO & Corporate Leader at @LiteStrategy

Litecoin has outlived almost everything that was launched to replace it. - 8.625M addresses holding a balance - 505,481 LTC pegged into MWEB, a record high - 3,000,000 blocks produced since 2011 - 250M+ @LitecoinVM testnet transactions - Named a digital commodity by the SEC and CFTC.

Every PRIVACY design in crypto had to answer one question, and almost all of them answered it WRONG. Do you really make privacy mandatory or optional? - Monero picked mandatory and has been fighting delistings ever since. No exchange can run compliance on a chain it can't see into. - Litecoin picked opt in, and got called a half measure for years. Yet here we are, with Litecoin being the only major asset that has a functional confidentiality layer while maintaining its listings, with 507,162 $LTC currently pegged in. Sometimes, the seemingly boring answer is indeed the right one.
500,000 $LTC has now been pegged into Litecoin's MimbleWimble Extension Blocks (#MWEB). ⚡️🔒 Representing growing adoption of Litecoin's opt-in privacy layer, giving users the choice to make transactions with enhanced confidentiality while still benefiting from Litecoin's fast, low-cost, and reliable network. Half a million LTC moving into MWEB demonstrates that users aren't just talking about privacy—they're using it.

Worth knowing who's really behind the BancaStato headline: Sygnum. @BancaStato is the storefront, but @sygnumofficial runs the trading and custody behind it, and it already powers this same service for a growing list of other Swiss banks. So this isn't one Swiss bank deciding it likes Litecoin. It's the shared infrastructure underneath a big part of Swiss banking quietly adding LTC. When people ask how $LTC ends up in traditional finance, this is the actual mechanism > A provider builds the rails, the banks plug in, and Litecoin is already on the supported list. Every new bank that connects gets Litecoin by default.
Swiss Bank BancaStato Brings Bitcoin And Litecoin To Customers Swiss cantonal bank BancaStato has launched regulated crypto trading through a partnership with Sygnum. Clients can now buy, hold, and sell Bitcoin $BTC, Ether $ETH, Litecoin $LTC, and Solana $SOL directly from the bank's web and mobile apps. The integration runs through Sygnum's B2B platform and Avaloq's core banking system, eliminating the need for a separate order management system. Sygnum said the setup reduces operational complexity while improving scalability and risk management.
