From one of our recent gigs - an AmLaww 100 firm all fee-earner survey. Long-term problem = no product management/ownership so no UX, roadmap, communications, etc. Only straight-up tech training on the tool. Short term problem = stop buying tech, start integrating tech #legaltech
Lack of tech adoption within firms? Sometimes it's the simple things that get in the way. Start with actual awareness of what is available. Awareness ≠ "here it is." Awareness = "use this when you want . . . and here is how."
