Something I'm pretty curious about is how Apple is gonna handle bigger telephotos in the future.
Unlike many other phones, Apple is quite limited due to their individual lens covers
For example here are the differences of just larger apertures. Same tiny sensor, everything.
Maybe he should've asked his chatgbd about if 8 month old babies are eating pizza
Jimmy Fallon asks Sam Altman if he uses ChatGPT to raise the baby he has with his husband, and his answer is hilarious
Jimmy Fallon: โYou, you and your husband just had a baby. Congratulations, yeah. How old? How old is the baby?โ
Sam Altman: โEight month old?โ
Jimmy Fallon: โAre you loving him?โ
Sam Altman: โSo much. I have no non-cliched thing to say, but it is by far so much better than anything anyone tells you. I just so incredibly happy.โ
Jimmy Fallon: โAnd do you use ChatGPT when, when raising your baby?โ
Sam Altman: โI do. I mean I feel kind of bad about it because I, we have this like genius level at everything, intelligence sitting there like waiting to unravel the mysteries of humanity.โ
โAnd I'm like, why my kid stop dropping his pizza on the floor and laughing?โ
โSo I feel like I'm not asking a good enough question.โ
โBut it is, I don't know. I cannot imagine having gone through like figuring out how to raise a newborn without ChatGPT. Clearly people did it for a long time, no problem.โ
The new sound effects on the HomePod are nice but I'm glad you can disable them as they are VERY bright in a darker room.
Probably gonna keep it enabled on my HomePod in the living room but def not in the bedroom
LOL
"Acoustic display audio" my ass.
So in reality all Apple did was adding the earpiece speaker from the iPhone to the iPad and put it on both sides. It's simply front firing speakers. It's NOT the display itself vibrating
It's still absolute dogshit (just look at all the menu shit you have to go through) but iPadOS27.2 at least somewhat improves the atrocious system they created.
When you open an app in multitasking left or right you can now directly open a second app next to it

The iPad Pro and the new iPad Mini are both thinner AND lighter than the iPad Air, which is LITERALLY called "Air"...
How does this make sense
the new iPad mini has a new design for the camera bump
It's a lot more rounded and no longer "protected" by the metal frame around it
But the LED got a LOT larger
the thinner and light design as well as the OLED are surely tempting to upgrade my iPad mini 7 from but it still being 60Hz and also only two shitty colors are not...
Considering the much increased price is just... meh..

Replying to @sahilrohilla61 @LeakerApple
Do this look like a standardized test to you?
I want to punch everyone at Apple who was responsible for iPadOS27.
"iPadOS brings game-changing enhancements [...]. An intuitive windowing system [...]"
NOTHING ABOUT THIS SHIT IS INTUITIVE NOR GAME-CHANGING. It's fucking AWFUL.
I'm really curious how the new iPad mini speaker sounds... no speaker holes (which looks kinda odd tbh) but instead the display itself vibrates.
Especially when you use a folio this is gonna be interesting because I'm using my mini that way quite a lot.
