Incredible game. Not even close to being part of the last decade.

I don't have a problem with the teams but I am wondering why you're violating a basic rule of rankings and logic. If two teams are tied for 6th, the next team is 8th. Were you just extremely determined to rank Iowa for some reason?
East Valley ran 39 plays in the first half for 221 yards. Prosser ran 15 plays for 41 yards.
Mustangs should feel very fortunate to be down only 17-14.
Wow. After what certainly appeared to be a 2-handed forward pass under pressure from Peterson, a long "fumble" return sets up a 2-yard Korbin Hopwood TD run. 14-10 Prosser.
Red Devils answer with a nice drive and an 11-yard TD catch for Josh Walruff from Liam Peterson. The sophomore QB looks really good in a tough road environment so far.
Prosser trailed East Valley for just a few seconds...then Brody Buxton returned the kickoff for 82 yards. 7-3 Mustangs.

I just want SKC to avoid the worst goal differential in MLS history.
That means doing better than -7 in the last 5 matches. I am not optimistic.

The powers that be in college football have proven over and over again that as long as it makes them more money nothing else matters.

I am baffled by how many of my fellow media members can put AM ahead of Lynden and Anacortes. All 3 are 5-1, Lynden only lost to a good 3A team and beat Anacortes, who beat AM. Seems pretty straightforward, right?
At least @WSFCA1 got it right.

Yes but also don't forget the game where Williams ran for 43 yards on 25 carries in a loss to K-State never happened.
That's not entirely unreasonable but in the context of this conversation where you and another guy were insulting K-State, that team wasn't nearly as deserving as the 11-1, 3rd ranked Cats.
Fwiw, I do recognize Riley's comment that started this whole thing was very dumb.
Their one loss was to Mizzou on a neutral field. Mizzou's only losses were to Big 12 champion OU, a team KU didn't play because they were fortunate to avoid the South's top 3 teams.
Despite all that, the Orange Bowl chose KU over Mizzou because...their fans travel better, maybe?

Crazy delusional to say Arkansas could be the best Big 12 team when they lost 43-10 at Utah less than a month ago.
Never forget that team got screwed so badly by the bowl system the NCAA literally made a rule to prevent it from ever happening to any other team.
Meanwhile KU's best team played the softest schedule imaginable and and was lucky to make the BCS over a rival it lost to by 8.
Davis senior Josh Whitney was slow enough as a freshman that I beat him in the winter race series.
Since then, he's lowered his 5k personal-best by almost 3 minutes and become one of the Valley's top distance runners. Way faster than I ever was.

The WIAA allocations gave the CWAC 3 spots in the 16-team state bracket this year, 2 next year.
The WSFCA's Round of 32 allocations gave the CWAC just 4 spots this year, 5 next year.
Can someone explain how this makes sense?

What do those numbers mean? Are these rankings in a different order than if you had just listed each swimmer's best time?
