How cool is this feature.
All your calories and macros tracked.
Water at 2L still not great but forgot to update.
People are using the coolest feature on freegym and getting their form checked.
Front squat form of Ayush.
Positives:
1. Full depth squat.
2. Heels don’t leave the floor
3. Chest and hips rise together
4. Steady tempo. Not too fast not too slow
5. Elbows are high.
Another front angle video could complete the analysis.
If you want your squat form analysed simply post front and side angle video on
freegym.ai

We are considering a new content format for FreeGym beyond text, images, and videos. These formats are too passive. Something way more interactive.

A few months back, when I started learning about GLP-1 drugs in detail, I noticed a lot of misinformation on the internet.
Influencers were using them as a quick weightloss fix, while others were completely abandoning the conversation around these incredible drugs.
These drugs are not for everyone.
But for those who need them, they can be life changing.
There are a million questions to be answered:
1. Who are GLP-1 drugs for?
2. How do they work?
3. Are they right for you?
4. What are the side effects?
5. What are the long-term effects?
6. Should they be taken for life?
7. Does stopping them lead to weight regain?
8. Do they increase the risk of cancer?
Real science.
Myths.
Reality.

Get your form checked on freegym.ai.
Always feel something’s off with my flat dumbbell chest press.
3 major mistakes here:
1. Shoulder blades aren’t pinned well
2. Wrists not stacked over elbow
3. Not driving through the feet
How to improve?
1. Squeeze the shoulder blades together and slide them down away from ear. This should be kept same in all the reps.
2. Keep the handles level. (Weight down to get a better balance) wrists over elbows
3. Take it down slowly right now i use almost 1 second to get the dumbbell down. 2-3 seconds is ideal.
4. Get your feet back and push down into the floor.
And tie your hair all the way up. 😬
Don’t guess your form, get it checked on freegym.

🚨 Important. Share this as much as you can.
This isn’t a video. It’s an app. Health, fitness, nutrition, medicine and sports science, taught a new way. You don’t just read about blood sugar. You change it, and watch what happens.
Slow down a pancreas. Send one blood sample to three labs. Make red blood cells live longer and see HbA1c rise. Run the trial that showed a “better” number can mean worse outcomes.
Every page keeps updating as new studies arrive, in public, with every change on record.
FreeGym creators will get free access to the topics they create content about.
One app that can keep you accountable is freegym.
Accountability with no unnecessary judgement.
Infact while growing your own identity on a social media platform like this you can also learn on the side from people with similar mindset.
Different kinds of community, different experiences. Kind people, strangers infact but ready to support you everyday.

🚨 Important
What kind of content will we boost on freegym.ai? Definitely not the one-off video that goes viral. We'll boost process, journeys, communities built around people getting better at something, one day at a time.
A few examples:
1. Someone training for a race, a competition, or a personal goal, and sharing all of it. The days they fail, the imperfect days, the day they finally nail it. Watching them get stronger, faster, and better over weeks and months.
2. Anyone can generate a song with AI now. But someone sharing the behind-the-scenes of writing their song, every day, from the first rough idea to the finished track can't be generated. That's a story people want to be part of.
3. Someone working on their mental health and sharing it openly. Learning to manage anxiety, building a meditation habit, journaling through a hard season of life. The days it feels like progress, and the days it doesn't. People going through the same thing find them, show up for each other, and grow together.
These are just a few examples. The principle behind them is: we boost the process, not the outcome. A finished result can be faked, copied, or generated. A real journey can't.
And if you think FreeGym is only about health and fitness, it isn't.
FreeGym is about self-improvement in every sense: physical, cognitive, mental, emotional, and psychological. Music, art, writing, coding, learning a language, any hobby or passion you're working on.
If you're on a journey, you can build a community around it here.
Just a few minutes ago, I opened Instagram to post a story.
It was filled with AI videos, people doing amazing things while pretending they are real, except they were all AI videos.
Your subjective experiences on a real journey told through storytelling are going to be bigger than anything.
That journey can't be faked. This is going to be bigger than perfect information, expertise, and amazing, mind-blowing videos.
In fact, to counter AI-generated athletic videos, we have moved towards a community-based social network on freegym.ai over a broadcasting-based social network.

Strong day all around!!
Back to running with only 8 weeks to go for Bajaj Pune Half Marathon.
8 weeks of intense training coming up!!
Join me on freegym - freegym.ai/communities/never… to follow along and share your journey!!
Was dead by 7.5km. Had to push.
Was aiming 1:05 but very happy with this.
PB this one.
Keep running.
It was almost 3 years back I slowly started running.
I haven’t got any PB or half marathons of full. That’s the goal.
I haven’t been focusing on the numbers truly but the feeling you get post run.
When you are physically tired after work and you still choose to run 5km or when you’re emotionally exhausted and you run 3km.
It helps. That’s the felling I run for.
Today’s the first day I have opened X after a month.
For a while I let people win. But now I am back and stronger than before.
And that’s a win.
Fighting spirit shouldn’t die.
Working on running these days. Past 2 weeks I have spent on improving my runs.
Back at gym too after a months break.
Ups and downs are a part of life. But you can’t stop trying.
Sometimes everyday can feel like a challenging task to do but that doesn’t mean you give up and stay stagnant.
Fitness Plan for upcoming few weeks:
- Run 5k under 30 mins
- Run 10k under 1 hour
- Be consistent at gym
That’s it no big goals. Just small plans.
