Our success rate is 100% for clients who show up and commit strictly to the process.
I can say that confidently because of the sheer rigor of our workflows. We spent years refining the system and stripping out the industry BS.
Client messages from the last couple of weeks. None of them asked for.
We’ve helped people navigate complex conditions like type 1, 2 & 3 diabetes, IBS, CKD, eczema, pancreatitis, PCOS, endometriosis, post-kidney transplant recovery, post-oncology recovery, pregnancy & postpartum… and the list goes on.
No fluff, no unnecessary supplements, no dismissing clinical medicine.
Just foundational, evidence-based science applied to human physiology. A performance and function first protocol that works alongside your medical treatment.
We make capable, strong humans. Inside out.

People are using the coolest feature on freegym and getting their form checked.
Front squat form of Ayush.
Positives:
1. Full depth squat.
2. Heels don’t leave the floor
3. Chest and hips rise together
4. Steady tempo. Not too fast not too slow
5. Elbows are high.
Another front angle video could complete the analysis.
If you want your squat form analysed simply post front and side angle video on
freegym.ai

Hip thrust detailed breakdown from our computer vision model at @FreeGymAI
You can get access to by simply posting your video on FreeGym.
The breakdown
Your lowering is already where it should be: slow and controlled, close to 3 seconds every rep. Your shins sit nearly vertical at the top, which keeps the work in your hips.
But stop at flat. At the top of every rep your hips keep rising past a straight line from your shoulders to your knees, well past it. That extra height doesn’t come from your glutes; it comes from your lower back arching.
At the top of each rep:
1. Drive up until your shoulders, hips and knees make one straight line, then stop pushing higher.
2. Tuck your tailbone under (posterior pelvic tilt): tilt your pelvis back, ribs down.
3. Squeeze your glutes hard for 2 seconds.
4. Then lower the way you already do, slow and controlled.
Your glutes do their real work at the top, and only when the pelvis is tucked.
Arching past flat hands that work to your lower back and loads it every rep.
The tuck and the 2-second squeeze are the part of the rep that actually builds your glutes.

Jayesh dropped his squat video for a form check on freegym.ai. You can too. His hips rise first out of the bottom before his chest does, so his chest tips forward and stays down while his legs straighten.
The fix: as he drives up, he needs to push his upper back up into the bar as hard as he pushes the floor away. His chest and hips should leave the bottom together, and his back angle should stay the same until he is out of the hole.

Do not skip single-leg work.
It's hard and it can be humbling, I get that.
But it matters a lot more than people give it credit for, because almost everything you do on your feet happens on one leg.
You spend most of every walking stride balanced on a single leg. When you run, both feet are never on the ground together, and on stairs one leg lifts your whole body with every step.
One of my favourite variations is barbell lunges.
Each leg has to carry the load by itself while your glutes and adductors hold the hip and knee steady, and any gap between your stronger and weaker side shows up straight away.
With the bar on your back, you can load them heavy enough to build real strength.
Anyone who’s serious about their health and fitness belongs on freegym.ai. The coolest and most innovative social network.
Growing everyday.🚀
