Why?
1) Many policies and practices make teaching unsustainable - and no amount of “self-care” will fix it
2) Lack of respect (and pay) for the hours worked & schooling required
3) Lack of resources to do what is needed.

As the principal of this school I have no idea why it started but I love ❤️ it and think we need to do this every transition moving forward till June. :)
We are trying to figure how and why a group of @HarborSchool staff and seniors decided to do the Cupid Shuffle during transition today. More info to come soon. :) Have a great weekend!

"Perfect attendance" should be a thing of the past. When you don't feel well, stay home instead of going to work or school and possibly spreading an infection to those around you. I hope Covid has taught us our actions affect others. And that everyone should have paid sick leave.
