France will not recover; this is the end. The nation has lost the cultural war. The demographic structure has shifted forever. People who find it easy to spray graffiti on the magnificent architecture of French cities and burn Paris are the new French people. All class and decorum are gone. Arrivals from failed third-world states are not coming to assimilate or to be French; they are coming to live the third-world way. The unfolding civil unrest in France is not fundamentally about student grievances or dilapidated classrooms. The chaos is the inevitable result of an unholy, anti-white alliance that has turned parts of major French cities into dangerous enclaves where state authority has completely surrendered. The Emmanuel Macron administration has completely lost control. The political elite have spent years hiding the true demographic shifts, pretending that multicultural integration works while the traditional French way of life is hollowed out. The French state is broke and paralyzed because it has spent decades funding its own demographic replacement. The areas burning today are heavily linked to enclaves where the police rarely dare to venture, zones where Western legal norms have been replaced by radical, sectarian influences. While the mainstream media tries to fact-check the footage by calling it old or out of context, the raw video on the ground shows a society reaching a violent tipping point. This unrest is a warning sign for the entire Western world. A country that refuses to defend its borders, its history, and its culture will eventually face the progressive implosion of social trust. Once you surrender your borders and sacrifice your national identity to accommodate diasporas with totally different cultural backgrounds, you do not get a richer society; you get a war zone. France has completely failed its own people.

Everyone has their own version of u. Some root for u, others want u to fall. Some see a role model, others see a rival. Some call u successful, others write u off as a failure. Some are stuck on who u were, few care who u are now. Ultimately, only one voice counts: yours.

The story of Ronald Read really is insane. Born in 1921, Read lived one of the simplest lives you can imagine. He was a janitor and and worked st a gas station. To everyone around him, he looked like an ordinary, hardworking man with modest means. But he had a secret. Over the course of several decades, Ronald Read quietly built an $8 million fortune. How? • He lived frugally • He saved consistently • He invested in high-quality, dividend-paying stocks • And most importantly… he held them for decades His portfolio included companies like Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, JPMorgan, and Dow Chemical. These were blue-chip businesses that steadily grew and paid dividends year after year. Read rarely sold anything. He simply let the power of compounding do the heavy lifting. When he passed away in 2014 at age 92, the town was stunned. Ronald Read donated $6 million to the local hospital and $2 million to the public library. Nobody had any idea he had accumulated that kind of wealth. His story is one of the best real-world examples of what long-term investing can do, even for someone who never earned a high income. Ronald Read proved that you don’t need a big salary to become wealthy. You need time, patience, discipline, and the willingness to let compounding work its magic. A powerful reminder for all of us.

Last week, a 35-year-old male died in my ER because he did everything "wrong" after a snake bite. He followed "movie logic" instead of medical reality. Here is everything you should know about snake bites and exactly what to do to stay alive. 🧵

Are you still $VOO and chilling? While growth investors wait for price appreciation, $TSPY investors get paid along the way. From Aug 2024 to Dec 2025: • $TSPY total return: ~19.8% • $VOO total return: ~20.6% On a $10,000 investment: • $TSPY grew to about $11,980 • $VOO grew to about $12,063 The performance gap is small. Now look at what changes the experience entirely. $TSPY pays monthly income, with an annualized yield around 15%+ during this period. Portfolio income grew meaningfully, from roughly $3,500 in 2024 to over $14,000 in 2025 with reinvestment. Risk characteristics stayed comparable: • Worst drawdowns were similar between $TSPY and $VOO • Correlation to the S&P 500 was approximately 0.97, meaning $TSPY still moved with the broader market • Volatility differences were modest On a $100,000 portfolio: • Ending value was about $121,000 for $TSPY • About $123,000 for $VOO • CAGR difference was roughly 1.5–2% That difference exists. It’s real. But so is the monthly cash flow. With $TSPY, investors were compensated while holding through volatility. Income could be reinvested, saved, or used to fund life without selling shares. Same market exposure. Nearly the same total return. Very different experience. $VOO is built for long-term growth. $TSPY is built for growth plus income. Income investing isn’t about beating the S&P every year. It’s about reducing reliance on perfect timing and letting cash flow do part of the work. That’s the tradeoff. And for many investors, it’s a reasonable one.

That "healthy" yogurt in your fridge is probably doing more harm than good. Some commercial yogurts contain up to 26 grams of sugar per serving, as much as many candy bars. But the real issue goes deeper than sugar. They use common probiotic strains you already have and are easy to manufacture. Then load in additives and preservatives. Another problem is that most of them are low in fat. The absence of fat spikes insulin levels faster. So, what does this mean for your body? Excess sugar feeds bad bacteria in your gut, creating the opposite effect you want. You're triggering inflammation, spiking blood sugar, and disrupting the beneficial bacteria you need for immunity, digestion, and mood. Not only are some commercial yogurts failing to help you, but they're also not addressing a deeper problem. Your gut is missing the keystone bacteria that would normally protect you from harmful invaders in the first place. William Davis, MD, warns that antibiotics and junk food wipe out keystone microbes that may never return. Today, people are extremely low in an important microbe called Lactobacillus reuteri. It helps control harmful microbes, supports the gut lining and immunity, and influences hormones. Without this microbe, your gut is missing a key defender. No matter how many store-bought yogurts you eat, you won't restore what was lost. Studies suggest that restoring L. reuteri can smooth skin, restore muscle, deepen sleep, and reduce appetite. It produces reuterin, which can kill harmful pathogens while preserving good bacteria. Dr. Davis suggests that the best way to restore what was lost is to make your own L. reuteri yogurt: Here are the ingredients: - 1 quart organic half-and-half - 1 capsule of L. reuteri - 1-2 tbsp inulin prebiotic fiber For the exact step-by-step process on how to make your own probiotic yogurt at home, retweet this post and comment the word "YOGURT" and I'll send it to you.

Japan just triggered the biggest unwind in financial history. They raised rates to 1.8% after a decade at zero, shrinking the free money trade where Hedge funds borrowed at 0% in Japan and invested at 4-5% in US. As it becomes more unprofitable, it forces liquidation. Thread:

It's an absolute scandal that immigrants are taking money that homegrown American fraudsters are rightly entitled to. OK, it my be tiny fractions of a percent of the total amounts available to honest, dishonest Americans, but still. These are *brown* people we're talking about 👍
