Blessed to go on my first official visit to the University of Notre Dame!! #uncommitted #officialvisit #notredame
We ran 3:45.9 in prelims and i had a 55 split to qualify us into Junior Olympic finals, where we ran a 3:48! So proud of my relay and that we were able to put everything together when it mattered.
Just ran 400mH at AAU Junior Olympics! Got a small pr with a 63.01. I had to take this the past month off of hurdling due to an injury and was cleared on Friday, but we’re back!
Headed to AAU Junior Olympics in the 400mH (63.06) & 4x400!!

Not all that I wanted but still extremely proud. I started hurdles 4 days before Districts and ended up with a regionals medal, even after being in urgent care all of prelims sick and dehydrated.
