generative ai is genuinely so scary. at the snap of a finger people can make videos of you doing whatever they want without your consent or cooperation and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. seems like all fun and jokes until people decide to be nefarious with it.

I think one of the reasons people find marathon unapproachable is its community’s insistence that the only plausible explanation for someone disliking their perfect game is that they are stupid. Its a fun game imo but the vibe some of its community creates is very offputting.

i think theres a lot to be said for the idea that Marathon is the first videogame that exists that is designed for adults instead of children and that’s why it’s so hated

If destiny 1 got remastered with a fresh start for everyone with modern performance and QoL features like crossplay, mantle, and being able to open menus in loading screens alongside a staggered expedited DLC release schedule so we can re-experience every era i would be so happy

I didnt think elden ring could get any better. It did. Got Margit down in a few pulls today and have made it pretty deep into stormveil castle. Every single path feels like it leads to two more paths, which lead to another two, and another two and so on and so on. Im in love.

Elden ring is fun as hell. Apparently you aren’t supposed to kill tree sentinel off the rip… whoops. Ended the day getting close to beating margit, will get them done in the next few attempts. The mystery of the world is by far the best part so far. Loving every step.
