If you apply the kind of differential turnout and demographic swings that would flip Mississippi to other Southern states, these are the results across Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina.
Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina all within 3% of one another!

I’m sorry, but if you don’t think the President of the United States should be held to higher standard than a typical person, you’re too fucking stupid to vote.

The big difference is republicans seem nervous. Even in years they’ve lost, they’ve always acted massively over confident.

Not only was he a great actor he was a progressive activist who supported LGBTQ rights, universal healthcare, destigmatizing mental health issues, and was fiercely opposed to nationalism. He truly lived the ideals of Star Trek.

Very strong polls for Democrats in individual Senate races over the past couple of days. Polls can be wrong, that's what models/probabilities/markets are for, but I think we're past the point where you can honestly say "polls show the Senate is too close to call".

We’ve reached the point where Republicans need a polling error just to have a bad night.

Hey Con Et: No one cares about the Peltola "scandal." You threw any credibility of wanting fairness out when you gerrymandered mid decade.

I’ll be honest. As much as I want Talarico to win, I’ve tried my best to remain impartial when analyzing the data.
For weeks, I’ve had my doubts. No Democrat has won a U.S. Senate election in Texas since Lloyd Bentsen in 1988.
But I can’t deny it. The last few days feel different, and all the ingredients for a perfect storm that could put a Democrat over the top in Texas seem to be there.
I think Talarico gets it done.
