Hi friends! You may notice something a little different about my profile today. I'm pleased to introduce myself as Caryn Allen, President of the Provo chapter of @TP_Communities Families.
My husband and I have been praying for the last couple years about how we can get meaningfully involved in our local community, to positively affect change, and to get people connected with each other.
I learned about @TPUSA 's new communities program over the summer from @ConservativeUT , and I knew I had to get involved. It checked *all* our boxes, and our chapter was officially established this week!
We are excited to grow this community and would love to have you involved!

After studying voice collegiately, watching the Phantom of the Opera movie is painful. It's one of my oldest's favorite movies, so we're watching it today to celebrate her birthday, but I can't stop hearing the terrible vowel shapes.
She's also getting some mission photos taken this evening and I just can't. I started crying like immediately. ๐คฃ
Mission shopping with the teenager today and having the best time. She starts home-MTC in 6 1/2 weeks and I can hardly believe it! This outfit is, in her words, "tree chic" ๐ฒ ๐คฃ
Started a @TP_Communities chapter in Provo focused solely on supporting families!
Started watching a new (to me) show at night after the kids are in bed, Designated Survivor, and I'm really enjoying it. Just thought you should know. ๐คฃ

If anyone reading doesn't know the current status of studies affecting the Trans movement, you can look up the following and find out:
1. The claim that gender-confused children will commit suicide if they are not transitioned has been proven false.
2. Nearly all gender-confused children grow out of the confusion by age 25 (when we believe the brain has matured).
3. Recent studies STRONGLY suggest that the Trans era was mostly a social contagion, not a result of greater societal acceptance.
4. While follow ups post-surgery show that most transitioners are very happy with the change up to about a year after surgery, longer-term studies show (depending on study and region) a 7 to 20 times higher suicide rate for people who transition than comparable peers.
With all this in mind, we can confidently say that continuing to push transitioning is, in fact, both evil and ideologically-motivated. It is Leftist virtue-signaling that results in unhappy, mutilated, and suicide-prone people. We should begin to prosecute people who push the false narrative at the expense of the health and well-being of others. Those who appear to have gender dysphoria should be treated psychologically, not surgically or hormonally until age 25 at least.
I have photos of the pamphlet in question because it was sent to my brother in the DFW area and he shared these photos with me.
This is pure, unadulterated evil. When they say trans surgeries aren't happening to children and they aren't trying to trans your kids, they're not only lying, they're intentionally deceiving you. The world is not a safe place for children.
๐จ UPDATE: STILL DIGGING INTO THE TEXAS TRANSGENDER MAILER CONTROVERSY - AND WE HAVE ANOTHER LEAD.
Our investigation continues into who organized, financed, printed, and mailed these brochures to Texas households, including homes with young children.
The Wyoming paperwork we reviewed shows Texas Transgender Student Union LLC was formed September 2, 2026. Just WEEKS later, Texans began receiving mailers identifying their sender as โTexas Transgender Student Union.โ
The LLC was established using Northwest Registered Agent LLC, a company that helps people establish businesses while keeping certain personal information off public filings.
Its Wyoming address is associated with that registered agent, not necessarily an operating organization. Taylor Newman is listed as the organizer, but that doesnโt establish who owns the LLC or funded this campaign.
The timing and matching name are significant. However, we have not yet established that this LLC actually commissioned the mailers.
We also uncovered a postal connection.
We decoded postal barcodes from mailers received in Bryan and Little Elm, Texas. Both contained the same Mailer ID: 106017. That identifier could belong to a mailing company or mail owner, and weโre working to determine who controls it.
The brochures also list 1611 W Airport Boulevard, Suite 123, which differs from an address previously listed on TENTโs archived website.
The brochures use TENTโs name, resources, and tour information, but TENT publicly denies authorizing or distributing them.
A father contacted me after his 10-year-old daughters received these brochures. He was furious and wanted answers.
He reported that his mailer was processed through Livingston, Texas, with postal permit number 1466910.
He contacted the Livingston Post Office seeking the permit holderโs identity but said he was told he would need to appear in person and complete paperwork.
Meanwhile, someone working with me went directly to another Texas post office to investigate.
According to her conversation with a postal employee, she was already the FIFTH person that day asking about these mailers.
The employee explained that bulk mail is often processed through regional facilities before reaching local post offices. She also clarified that her location could not access the permit information for a mailing originating elsewhere.
Under federal regulation 39 CFR ยง 265.14(d)(2), the name and address of a bulk-mail permit holder are available to the public upon request.
USPS guidance directs these requests to the postmaster at the location printed on the permit imprint.
That means permit 1466910 in Livingston is now another lead weโre pursuing.
We still need to establish exactly who holds that permit, whether it belongs to a printing or mailing company, and who actually paid for the campaign.
My contact also reported that postal employees expressed discomfort about delivering these brochures. Separately, a mail carrier contacted me directly and said she felt sick placing them in mailboxes, and thought about quitting.
Weโre now following multiple leads: the newly formed Wyoming LLC, the shared Mailer ID, the printed return address, and the Livingston postal permit.
Obviously, I still havenโt found all the answers. But if I can provide even SOME information that someone else has been looking for, maybe collectively we can piece this puzzle together.
Thatโs why Iโm sharing my findings as I go.

My oldest child just got her first ballot in the mail, and while I obviously have gripes about mail-in voting, it's both humbling and exciting. I'm getting older, but so is she, and she gets to be civically engaged in a whole new way. Super cool.

I want to live in a society where you donโt have to be a Latter-day Saint to feel guilty when you gamble, do drugs, or sleep around.
I believe in creating social stigmas that transcend religious boundaries. What we did with smoking I want to do with many other things.
