That’s a good question. I assumed eventually the gop would take a turnout % lead. Because they had by this point in 2024
Obv democrats would love to hold a turnout lead to weaken the gop advantage with registration itself
This is a pretty big data point.
Data as of last night (eight days from the election) shows democrats with a 7% turnout it lead. At that same time in 2024, republicans already had the lead in votes cast and turnout %
There is clearly more enthusiasm on the DEM side #flapol
It took them a few days longer than expected, but Republicans have finally taken control of votes cast
However, democrats still maintain a 7% turnout lead, far above where they were in 2024.
We will see how this week continues #flapol

But Turek and Kapture have taken hostile messaging on transgender issues. Using them as something to “punch down on” to win brownie points with voters
This is way beyond being on the opposing side of a specific policy point.
