This is what we've come to.
A retired couple had to spend £1m of their own money taking both the @EnvAgency and @NaturalEngland to the High Court simply to force both of these charlatans to do their job, safeguard one of our nation's most legally heavily protected bits of countryside.
And the environment charities does what exactly?

EXCLUSIVE: Caroline Lucas and Adrian Ramsay plotting vote of no confidence against Zack Polanski.
Former Green Party leader Caroline Lucas and Green MP Adrian Ramsay are plotting a vote of no confidence against current leader Zack Polanski in the coming weeks, according to two sources close to the matter.
It is unclear whether Lucas has any interest in returning as leader herself, but she is actively supporting Ramsay’s effort to take control of the party. Sources say Lucas has been privately rallying influential figures within the Greens to back a challenge against Polanski.
There is concern among those involved that further delay could allow deputy leader Mothin Ali and his supporters to strike first. As part of the campaign to remove Polanski, Lucas is understood to have asked contacts in the media to platform her.
Ridiculous exaggeration. The membership reduction will be a small fraction of the recent increase. Plus anyone with a brain knows that losing by-elections and winning others is part of the course in politics. However there is certainly a very serious problem.

The death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person. The common good can be safeguarded and the requirements of justice can be met without recourse to capital punishment: effective systems of detention have been developed that protect citizens while at the same time do not completely deprive those who are guilty of the possibility of redemption. #NoDeathPenalty

The death penalty does little to deter crime or deliver justice for victims.
It has no place in the 21st century and should be abolished.

Some of these vocal critics of the Greens on here are malcontents and troublemakers who left because of the transgender issue. Legitimate concerns however are being raised by Caroline Lucas and longstanding members. Important to distinguish the two when reading online comments.
