Asians are ~7% of the US population (2023). They own ~11.5% of employer firms (2023 Census) and ~10% of all businesses—overrepresented. On patents, Asians were ~22% of US inventors by 2016 (Census study), over 4x their then-population share, and remain the most overrepresented group in recent analyses.

There's an easy solution. If every single one of the Red voters chose to vote Yellow. Thats literally it. A very neat trick GOP voters can do to prevent Dems from winning.
2
This poll should have been "Yes, libertarian" at 100%.
Are you going to vote in the midterms?
36%Yes, straight Republican
6%Yes, Dems
23%Yes, libertarian
34%No

If all the little virtue signalers that voted no, voted Libertarian instead, they might not have so much to complain about. Perhaps they'd rather bitch about the problems we face than be part of any solution. Ballots can be the same as bullets if one wants them to be.

A reminder that slopulists have no clue what they're talking about if they're lumping Massie, Tucker, MTG, and Candace together like this.
Thomas Massie for President, Tucker Carlson for Vice President, put MTG in there, and Candace Owens if she'll do it. All people the world can trust.

Correct. Lets join this second party then. Join the Civic Liberty Party (that doesn't exist yet of course but lets create it) .

Literally the America First candidate in Michigan is the Libertarian Lydia Christensen. Leave it blank then let the chips fall where they will.
Watching so called Republicans continue to foam at the mouth over Mass Surveillance Mike Rogers is the largest form of political Stockholm syndrome I have ever seen in my entire life. He is the very deep State asset so many of you should be standing against. And I don't care what the alternative is. You don't reward somebody like Mike Rogers by ever giving them power again. I am a veteran and I'm a Republican and I absolutely will not be voting for Mike Rogers nor have I ever! I will be abstaining on that portion of the ballot. Maybe start running America First candidates.

Correct. Classic liberals deserve to win. Vote for Classic liberals.
NEWS: Ron Paul says Republicans deserve to lose, but Democrats do not deserve to win.

No if your a Michigander get out and Vote Libertarian. LGBTQ+ people are not confused about what options the establishment has presented us with. We understand history. Vote Lydia Christensen for US Senate
I spoke with Haley Stevens yesterday. Feeling a bit absurd in pointing out the obvious and being far kinder than I should have been, I reminded her that the outcome of this senate race will be viewed in the light of a future Supreme Court vacancy, and I expressed a hope that all of us understand the stakes. She assured me she's supporting Dr. El-Sayed, sent me a video of a recent speech she gave blasting Mike Rogers and said this: "Still stands. I promise." She also said she's been sending this video to other folks to make it clear where she stands on this race. Again: that was yesterday. I have known Haley Stevens for years. I have counted her as a friend and an ally. We've had many thoughtful conversations about this country, and she has never failed to remind me that her mother is a fan of my writing. Whatever other political differences we have, she has always made it clear to me she would stand with LGBTQ people. It was a red line she refused to cross. Instead, she has made the inexplicable decision to endorse a man who views LGBTQ Americans as second-class citizens unworthy of full equality. I can't help but wonder what her mother must be thinking right now. I have no idea what has happened to the person I thought I knew, but clearly, she has completely taken leave of her senses in endorsing a Republican who is little more than a Trump sycophant -- less than 24 hours after promising me that she has not wavered from the bigger picture. I am disgusted with her cynicism and cowardice in this moment. God forgive me for trusting her. If you're a Michigan voter and as disgusted as I am, get to your polling place and vote for Dr. El-Sayed.

"except now Amazon runs it and justice requires a Prime subscription." Lmao isn't that just taxation?
Libertarians want to abolish the government and replace it with private police, private courts, private armies, and private agencies that enforce contracts. Congratulations, you reinvented the fucking state, except now Amazon runs it and justice requires a Prime subscription.

Fetterman is not going to switch parties. I don't know why people keep acting like this is a serious possibility. He has explicitly rejected the idea multiple times. And again, in his own words, from a May 2026 WaPo op-ed: "My values have not changed, and I have always turned to those kinds of ideals that defined being a Democrat. I remain strongly pro-choice, pro-weed, pro-LGBT, pro-SNAP, pro-labor and even pro-rib-eye over bio slop." He is not a Republican.

The US version of health insurance isn’t “insurance.” It’s a prepaid health payment plan. Which simply makes it so routine care is paid for by third parties. Imagine if you ran all your routine home maintenance through your homeowners insurance. That leaky faucet would be five times more expensive than if you just paid cash. Why? The plumber wouldn’t just be able to charge you at the point of sale. He’d need to employ a whole billing department. Since someone else was paying, he wouldn’t even bother showing you the price. You’d shop purely on non-price factors, like show nice his website is and how shiny his truck is. So his prices would gradually creep up. Why not? Someone else is paying. Which means now you’d need prior authorization to get the faucet fixed. The plumber might try to say you need a fancy new faucet with touchless controls and a built in purifier. Insurance says you can only have one of those old turn handle ones where hot and cold have separate nozzles. They only care about cost and not quality (except it being good enough to avoid an other leaky faucet soon). You care about quality but not cost. Just getting a leaky faucet repaired has now become an expensive, bureaucratic nightmare. Of course, if you suggest people pay cash for leaky faucets there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. “Do you even know how much a plumber is these days? A leaky faucet costs $300,000!“ And, obviously, someone would bring up the fact that you can’t negotiate with a plumber if there is a burst pipe at 2am on christmas day and your house is being flooded. So how could you ever expect people to shop for plumbers. Thats just ridiculous. Also, if you dont make someone else pay to have that leaky faucet fixed, there might be water damage in the future and it will cost MORE to fix. So we should just fund all plumbers through the government. Running water is a right, after all. There certainly won’t be any difficulty getting a plumber once they all have to get government approval to do anything to fix your house, right? Anyone will be able to get a plumber at any time and they’ll do all the things necessary to keep your house working perfectly. If it sounds stupid for plumbers it sounds stupid for doctors, too.
Not to sound rude, but I don’t think people understand what insurance is. Its core purpose is to protect against financial risk. Using it as a third party payer for every routine expense adds administration, billing costs and overhead. We still pay for all of that. Running a bill through an insurance company does not automatically make the care cheaper. It’s why cash will always be cheaper.

Morality isn't a gray area and every election is a lesser of two evils because it's always between a warmongering Republican and a socialist Democrat.

Completely wrong. The exact opposite is true. ONLY "libertarian" policies work in imperfect societies. Meanwhile its "every other ideology" that requires a "perfect society" to work.
I love a lot of Libertarian positions. The freedom to live life as you see fit without government interference is very attractive. The problem is that Libertarian policies ONLY work if you live in a high-trust and Christian nation. It relies on the moral foundation that is laid by the population having a shared and cohesive baseline 'behavior'. Unfortunately, we don't live in that world anymore (if we ever really did). We have a significant portion of the population that will cheat and steal. You have to have a robust set of laws to prevent the low-trust scum from just stealing amd cheating everywhere. Those laws rely on the state having a monopoly of power to enforce. This is fundamentally at odds with Libertarianism. Libertarianism is generally a *weak* political position, basically a political vacuum, and historically weak positions (the vacuum) gets rapidly dominated by stronger and more cohesive messaging platforms. I can't bring myself to advocate for a weak state when there are literal communists advocating to take over simultaneously.

Oh so that means for Brown, Yale, Dartmouth and a couple of LACs, its justified that men have higher acceptance rates?
has anyone considered, much like in other parts of life, that women and girls only apply for things when they meet or exceed the minimum criteria? and men are more likely to just apply. this is a well known phenomenon in jobs, likely it's the same for university.
