8/8 Road safety and legality are not opposing interests. Motorists should obey speed limits. At the same time, enforcement must be lawful, transparent and open to challenge. NTSA, the Attorney General and court reporters: please clarify the current status with the actual orders.

7/8 The missing piece is public clarity. Has either court subsequently lifted, varied or discharged the conservatory orders? If so, where is the order? Which cameras and systems are operating outside the suspended PPP, & what human or judicial process determines liability? #NTSA
