Before Channel 7 starts frightening Australians about reducing immigration and the supposed collapse of our healthcare system, perhaps they could investigate why Australia deliberately restricts its own medical training capacity. The Australian Government controls the number of Commonwealth-supported medical school places. Specialist training is also constrained by funded positions, accreditation and supervision capacity. These aren’t conspiracy theories, they’re documented features of Australia’s medical training system. We have many capable young Australians competing for limited medical school places, while our healthcare system has become heavily dependent on importing doctors trained overseas. And now we’re told reducing immigration threatens the entire system? Perhaps we should be asking why successive governments haven’t invested sufficiently in training Australians in the first place. Of course we need skilled overseas doctors to fill immediate shortages, particularly in regional communities but importing qualified professionals should complement a strong domestic training system, not become a permanent substitute for building one. Train Australians, expand medical school places, fund specialist training and let’s build a sustainable healthcare workforce.

A 12-year-old boy has been cleared over his alleged involvement in the fatal bashing of good Samaritan Van Viet Truong because the prosecution could not prove he knew his actions were “seriously wrong in a moral sense” to be held criminally responsible. > bit.ly/47IJ9tK

Dear Lefties, One Nation didn’t take Secret Harbour because the voters suddenly discovered Pauline Hanson. They took it because Luke Herdegen owns five gyms. He signs the leases, meets payroll, and talks to the same people who live in the electorate every week. He has actual skin in the game. You put up Georgia Tree: uni degree, Labor member since 2013, staffer to a federal minister, then a government-relations job at Woodside. Classic conveyor belt. Campus politics → staffing gig → “safe seat” as the prize. She’d never had to risk her own money or look a customer in the eye when the bills came due. That model is finished. The public is done with professional politicians who treat electorates like career stepping stones. They want candidates who come from the same risks the rest of the electorate takes. No more lifetime tickets. The assembly line is broken. Get used to it.

🟠 #BREAKING: LABOR IS QUIETLY PAYING JOURNALIST WAGES AT 184 NEWSROOMS 🟠 Anika Wells' $67.6 million Journalism Assistance Fund is part paying the wages of more than 2,000 journalists, and more than half the money went to just four ownership groups. Nine took $16.1 million. Seven's side of the new Southern Cross group took $11.3 million. Crikey, The Conversation, The Saturday Paper and Mamamia are all there. News Corp, Sky News and The Guardian were barred from even applying. Opinion writing doesn't count as news under the government's own rules. And no funded newsroom ever has to tell its readers. The fund ran dry in 28 days. One recipient was two days old. Another collapsed five weeks later. We've published the full table: all 184 recipients, every company, every owner, every dollar and their share of the fund: onenewsaustralia.com/journal…

Superannuation is a scheme designed by rich people to take money from poor people to be used for rich people's agendas. 👇 It really is that simple. It's estimated that $40 billion a year is spent on the cost of superannuation and over a trillion dollars is invested offshore. Most of the cost goes to fund managers aligned with the Labor party. What's alarming is that people like Dan Andrews or billionaires like Anthony Pratt are invited to participate in the direction of superannuation going forward. Dan Andrews should have no say in anything given his authoritarian past. Superannuation is meant to comply with the sole purpose test of generating returns for members, yet more it is being used by governments, with the advice of their donars to push their own agendas. All the major parties including One Nation are in on this as they support compulsory superannuation. People First doesn't. We will allow people to keep their wages so they can own a home faster and make ends meet. Sign up today at Peoplefirstparty.au •••••••••••••••• "It’s a point that was driven home by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese at the tenth annual Australian Financial Review Superannuation Lending Roundtable, where he noted that the sheer scale of the system now provided Australia a vehicle for global economic influence, essentially “using hard money to provide soft power” to the United States and more recently India through AustralianSuper’s $500 million contribution to the Indian Infrastructure Fund. Convened by Visy executive chairman Anthony Pratt, the forum brought together superannuation CEOs, banking leaders and policymakers to discuss the next frontier in the superannuation system. The operational challenge for super funds will be to manage a massive, illiquid outward flow of capital."

AUSTRALIA TAKE NOTICE - THIS IS A FACT…! I have said it before and I’ll say it again, One Nation will be a wrecking ball for Australian Politics. Australians have had enough. We’ve watched Labor and Liberal take turns running this country into the ground for 30 years and call it democracy. Both sides selling the farm and gutting Australia. Both sides promising the world and delivering band-aids while looking after themselves while we cop the bill. The two party system isn’t broken. It’s working exactly the way it was designed to work. Protect the club, lock out the outsiders, swap the furniture around every few years and call it change. Australians need to put every bit of weight they’ve got behind that wrecking ball. Every vote that goes to One Nation is the weight in the ball and the harder it swings, the bigger the hole it puts in the wall. That’s the only language Canberra understands. The election starts now, not in one year, two or in three, Now. Every day we stay silent the country slides further backwards. Watch what’s happening right now. Since the Iran war and the fuel crisis, the Liberals, the Nationals and Labor are all scrambling. All of a sudden they’re picking up policies on fuel security, sovereign capability and national resilience. Policies they ignored for decades. Policies they mocked when they heard them, Policies that One Nation has been punching out for 30 years. Pauline Hanson has been saying the same thing for 30 years and she hasn’t wavered once. What she said back then is exactly what’s happening now. No other party can say that, not one of them. They bend with the polls, they flip with the headlines, they rewrite their platform every election cycle based on what focus groups tell them. Not Pauline. She’s stood there while they laughed at her, while they hounded her, while they tried to destroy her and now 30 years later the same people who mocked her are stealing her policies and calling them their own. That’s not policy, that’s panic. They weren’t listening before. Now all of a sudden they’re listening because they can smell the votes walking out the door. They’re making it up as they go. Labor’s doing it, Liberal’s are doing it, Nationals are doing it, all of them scrambling to catch up to a woman who saw this coming three decades ago. This is the moment, this is why the wrecking ball has to swing. Swing the wrecking ball people What’s your thoughts…? Peter Lyndon-James 🇦🇺

WHERE THE DARK MONEY HIDES — One rule for them If you buy something over $10,000 in cash, the transaction is reported to AUSTRAC. If you fail to file a personal tax return, the ATO can pursue you for penalties. If you are a company director and you don't lodge annual accounts, ASIC can prosecute you. If you accept a gift over $300 in a private-sector role, in most Australian companies you have to declare it. If you are a public servant, you have to declare gifts, hospitality, conflicts of interest, and secondary employment. If you are a charity, ACNC requires you to lodge an Annual Information Statement including your donor income. If you are a small business, you have to file a BAS every quarter and reconcile it against your GST records. If you are a member of the public wanting to know who paid for the political party you vote for, well, that's more complicated. Donations under $16,899 don't have to be disclosed at all. Donations through custodian-held companies don't have to name the beneficial owner. Donations through trusts don't have to name the beneficiary. Party-owned investment vehicles can channel money in circular flows and only the net position appears on the donor register. Approximately 1,100 large proprietary companies were exempt from lodging financial accounts with ASIC from 1995 until August 2022, including ten Pratt-group entities. Political parties are exempt from FOI. Their internal fundraising records, business forum membership lists, and preselection donor lists are not accessible under any transparency mechanism available to a citizen. Every rule that applies to ordinary Australians in their commercial and civic life exists because Parliament decided transparency and accountability were important enough to require it. Every carve-out that applies to political parties in their political-finance life exists because the same Parliament decided transparency and accountability were less important than parliamentary convenience. One rule for you. One rule for them. That is not an accident. That is the design. Cold hard facts. 100% truth. No misinformation. Peter Lyndon-James 🇦🇺 Sources: AUSTRAC threshold reporting rules; Australian Taxation Office penalty provisions; Corporations Act 2001 (director accounts lodgement obligations); Public Service Act 1999 and equivalent state Acts (public sector declaration rules); ACNC governance standards; Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 (disclosure threshold and exemptions); Freedom of Information Act 1982 (political party exemption); Treasury Laws Amendment (2022 Measures No. 1) Act 2022 (abolition of grandfathered ASIC exemption).

For the those with me in punting land 👇🎯
You would either have to have been asleep for the past twenty years, or had a lobotomy, to believe the national tote pool will be good for punters. Absolutely nothing done in the past twenty years has benefitted punters in any way, in fact the complete opposite. The idea that a national pool with reinvigorate the parimutuel pools without a reduction in takeout to compliment it, is absurd. The TAB already had a phenomenal monopoly in parimutuel betting, but aggressively cannibalised that advantage to move punters into fixed odds betting. Whatever deal was done, saw the TAB remain mainly silent as corporate bookies bet best tote and even further destroyed the parimutuel pools. The promotion of the World Pool, an absolute disaster for punters confirms the reality that administrators have no interest in rank and file punters.

The anti-Australia Institute loves holding up Norway as the nation we should copy. They might actually have a point for once: Norway has firmly rejected mass migration and proudly celebrates its traditions and heritage — including its Viking past. Now imagine if the same leftists and cultural Marxists who’ve infested Australia had managed to infiltrate Norway instead. They’d immediately demand the Christian cross be stripped from the national team’s shirt and the national flag to reflected the "new diversity". The celebrated ‘Viking Row’ would be labelled "toxic masculinity," and anyone participating would be shamed for displaying "cultural insensitivity." So instead of Norwegians roaring with pride during their Viking Row, they’d be forced to grovel through some pathetic sorry apology statement — condemning their ancestors for “terrorising and plundering European towns, stealing valuables, and capturing slaves” — while wallowing in manufactured guilt. All designed to ensure young Norwegians are taught to despise their nation’s history. So yes, let’s learn from Norway and celebrate with pride Australia’s history, culture and traditions.

Don't gaslight us into saying Australian culture isn't under attack. Australia Day celebrations are routinely cancelled - and demonised in the press and by council warlords. There are campaigns to tear down our flag, our statues, our anthem, and our political system. Those who carry signs declaring the destruction of Australia and threats to harm its people face no consequences. Those who oppose them are arrested. Our streets and towns are being renamed - the people who built them - deleted from history - replaced by a taxpayer-funded plaque telling us to thank tribes who had nothing to do with the construction of town. It is not a shared history. It is an erasure. Our ancestors have had their history re-written as 'evil oppressors'. Their stories of despair, hardship, and survival - all gone. Their suffering, often in chains, is no longer taught to children. These are poor farmers, convicts, and working-class settlers who built the nation from scratch with their bare hands are being painted as villains so activists can extort billions from the taxpayer. Our children are told to apologise for their race at school and young adults cannot complete a university degree without pandering to the Welcome to Country / Stolen Land Marxist grift. And that is before the multicultural policy threatened to overrun Australian culture and leave it little but a shell for other monocultures with their own community leaders, taxpayer-funded entities, and pandering politicians who use them as voting blocs at the election. Australia - as an idea - as an entity - is being torn to pieces. Every other nation has this right. Why are we denied it? And those who say the Australian culture exists and is worth saving - they are attacked by the creeps who want to profit from its demise.
