Hot wings have to be my favorite food. Hot wings are probably even better than pizza and cheese burgers!
It's my life goal to have hot wings in every state in the union like @therealsamreid

This Friday, I’ll be giving a talk on the historical case for the resurrection of Christ. Several years ago, I began looking into the historical evidence as an atheist to prove that Christianity was nothing but a therapeutic superstition. What I found completely changed my life. Over the course of a year, I spent nearly every waking moment reading whatever I could find on the subject. My entire life was suddenly reorganized around answering this one question: did Jesus Christ actually rise from the dead? There was a time when I thought this question was too ridiculous to even consider. But looking back, it was by far the most important question I've ever asked. If you're interested in learning more, check out the link to the event page below. All are welcome to join regardless of religious background or lack thereof.

There was 1 candidate in Brazil with 0 corruption scandals or convictions, and a vision for a safe and wealthy Brazil. He got 3% of the vote. Democracy is a joke because the Demos are a joke; They don't want to live well. They want to "smash the patriarchy" and "own the libs".

People basically believe that anything which isn't directly interacting with physical delivery of goods / services is "fake". You even see people in Excel jobs think of them as fake, without ever stopping to consider why they're employed in the first place
There is a peculiar Third World malaise of thinking that everything of value is created by their primary industries, and all the more advanced economies like the US and Singapore and Malaysia do is steal all their profit from them. I can't tell if folks really believe that

How to grow on tech twitter: - bulleted lists - commit to the bit - rankings - reuse the same bit over and over - tier lists - self-aware jokes - lists - authenticity

I'm feeling more Indian than ever lately. So Indian that I am less aware of it every day. Butter Chicken is just Chicken to me now.

I'm putting in my prediction; at least 1 neolab will exit at a higher valuation than they have today Sometimes the distilled knowledge of ex employees proves to be very useful indeed. See: Nvidia, Intel, Groq
my model of flapping airplanes, and ~all "sky-high-target" neolabs besides thinky and ssi, is that they are some combination of extremely successful self deception and con artistry. there are many multi-bil valuation companies out there that have like some hope of doing some successful enterprise sales and consulting, but near zero chance of achieving their stated mission or goals. they seem to exist mostly as a wrapper for very ambitious people to feel like they're able to have more autonomy than they would at a frontier lab and for investors to feel like they maybe didn't completely and utterly fuck up by not getting early allocation to anthropic.

Tech workers have a sort of "noble savage" view about people who don't work in technology

I built an MCP that lets Claude Duet, GPT Dots, Grok Bot, and Muse talk to each other and work together as a team. Made it for myself and I use it every day. My friends wanted to use it too, so I made it public and open-source. Free for the first 1,000 users. Fork it and self-host, or mod it any way you want. Even works with ChatGPT Plus — ask GPT to check hitchike every hour, then connect it to free agents like Muse to get a more Dots-like experience without losing context from ChatGPT (and without paying $100/mo)
We’re opening a research preview of Claude Duet, a new app where Claude works as a proactive agent. It comes to you with what needs your attention, completes tasks you ask of it, keeps working when you step away, and checks with you before it acts on your behalf.

This guy really sucks. Could you imagine working for someone like this. It’s not the crassness, its the inherent sense conveyed of like “im in the elite and theres so much money its ridiculous”
when i try to explain SF to my non-tech friends, i usually end up using the term "money bukkake" at some point in the night
