The most pleasant aspect of hanging out with people who keep growing is that they don't expect you to remain the same person either.

Correct Nathan. I canโt add anything to your conclusion because it is yours.
Whereas if I was you and I read what I wrote.
Instead:
I would have been curious as to what has led to me writing and sending that post.
I would have started by exploring what was behind the use of the words, definitions and their meaning;
The context the words written were being placed including: reasons, motivations, explanations, examples, feelings, sensations;
And then ask me to take me through my perspective as to what the trigger point was for writing and posting these words from their creation and how they developed to now.
So then what you have done in seek to understand so then I can be understood.
That is a coaching approach.
But it doesnโt happen on here.
It doesnโt happen either when everyone is away from their keyboards in the outside world.
This season has just proven to me how much work has to be done and how much I can be asked in reading everything I see.
Anyways thatโs my point made.
As with everything take it or leave it. โ at Scotland, United Kingdom

Read what I wrote Nathan.
Your first sentence consists of words that have been manufactured from your own mind based on the perspective you currently have.
In doing so you have made an assumption based on not knowing what is behind the words written that triggered your reaction.
People can share that then it spirals out of control.
Another example as to why I write the way I do. โ at Scotland, United Kingdom

Have you read what I wrote Luke?
You have just taken the words I have written and created a question based on an assumption you have manufactured from your perspective, which can then develop the risk of spiralling out of control through the words of others who then adopt it based on what their view is.
They then share it and it becomes something completely different to what it started out with.
This when I wrote a similar post in December and wanted to see where everyone was in their own heads.
From your reply nothing has changed. โ at Scotland, United Kingdom

An outstanding point away from home. We might be depleted with injuries and the likes but the team spirit is something that is strong. @lukegrahamm22 celebrations showed what it meant
