Day 4.
Typical weekend sales day, I cut some ads off not spending/staying stuck on day 1 CPMs and one ad hit a 9.9% click rate. 😌 So I’m happy about that.
sales: $145.95 (3 orders)
ad spend: $90.70
profit: +$9.6
Not excited about the early profit/breakeven sign just yet. Now i'm prepping to run creatives heavy since I’ve gotten most signs i needed this week.
My AI system turns out new ads in hours, not weeks. That equals less money on production, more on testing, more speed 🫡 Usually we’d have to wait weeks, deal with UGC Creators etc. Not anymore lol, at least not at this stage.
Day 3.
more sales, less spend 🫶
I see why newbies panic at the start 🤣 Ads is data farming. Give it breathing room.
sales: $209.97 (3 orders)
ad spend: $192.47
profit: -$64.67
Let the ads keep learning.
Day 2.
fewer sales, cheaper traffic.
sales: $139.98 (2 orders)
ad spend: $239.05
profit: -$152.55
ads got cheaper. not touching anything yet, it's day 2.
Edit: another sale came in before I could capture the screenshot from before smh, I just did it anyways. But yeah, yesterday was 2 orders.
Gm. I'm back 🫡
You watched the last store run up almost $400k and currently over $1M+ in sales. That chapter's done.
This is a new journey.
While I was quiet:
- built an AI system that makes my ads, from research to store build to scripting etc
- launched a brand new store with it
- first sales came in on day 1 (today/yesterday ish)
Big inspiration from @fromadstoassets posting his journey every single day. So I'm doing the same.
Day by day, numbers included. Let's get it 💵
Same place, 1 year later. This is what a year of locking in can do.
- $6m+ in monthly revenue
- had a beautiful baby girl
- moved home
- 7x holidays
- 100k+ in monthly subscribers
- bought a Porsche 911
- built a solid brand with a 4.1 TrustPilot
Year is still not over and I have big plans for Q4

Everyone's now giving their bots a cloud computer, a phone number, a credit card, and an email.
That's the Western way of life.
In China, the bot stack looks different: a cloud phone, a WeChat, an Alipay, and a phone number.

Being a man in 2026 gotta be exhausting… every living creature tryna get a couple dollars outta you 😂
The biggest shift you can make is building like someone could buy your business tomorrow.
It also forces you to fix all the shit a buyer would flag later:
messy financials
founder dependency
relying on one supplier
no recurring revenue
weak repeat rate
zero SOPs and half the business living in old slack messages
You can hide the mess while scaling but due diligence will expose all of it real quick.
ofc building properly is harder and way more boring, but worth every penny.
Definitely beats opening a new shopify every 8 months lol

packaging is the most underrated ad in ecom. your product sits on someone's bathroom counter for 30 days. that's 30 days of brand impressions no Meta campaign can buy.
