Fourth grade book clubs are on fire right now! 📚🔥
It was so exciting hearing students talk about Fudge and Peter…laughing, debating, and connecting with Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing. Those conversations are exactly what make reading come alive. @FortBendISD

The Sheriffs are #LevelingUp! I had a great time stopping by Burton Elementary this morning, where learning was hands-on, joyful and fueled by student collaboration.
From word challenges to music and art, students showed me what engaged learning looks like in action. And how often do you get to play the ukulele during a regular workday? Every classroom was filled with energy, teamwork and a genuine love for learning.
Thank you to Principal Kimberly Charles, the students and staff for the warm welcome. Happy holidays, @WBE_Sheriffs!
