“The most important resolution you can make as another year approaches is this: to open your heart and life to Jesus Christ, and commit your life to Him. Don’t waste your time on resolutions that don’t ultimately matter; resolve instead to live for Christ.” —Billy Graham

The best decision you can make for your life is to follow Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Getting baptized and giving my life to Jesus was the best decision I’ve ever made. Even at 40, it’s never too late.

The best gift you can give a teacher is, a respectful student. It beats out “stuff” every single day.
A parent once apologized that she could not help out in class; I told her she helps every day because her son was always respectful and worked hard.

Pursue the joy of the Lord today. Scripture does not say the joy of the Lord is a feeling, it says the joy of the Lord is your strength. That means when you choose His joy, you are choosing spiritual durability. You are choosing clarity when the world gets foggy, hazy, and bleak. You are choosing to anchor yourself in something hell can’t shake. Joy is not the reward at the end of the journey, it is the power that gets you through it. Pursue it today because God never intended you to survive on hustle and grit alone. He intended you to live with a strength that flows from His presence.
So…get in His presence for a few minutes, speak truth out loud, replace one worry with a worship moment, thank Him for a specific blessing, obey the next right thing, and ask the Holy Spirit to give you joy. Love y’all.

AI is going to wipe out at least 25 million jobs in the next 5 to 10 years. Probably much more. It will destroy every creative field. It will make it impossible to discern reality from fiction. It will absolutely obliterate what’s left of the education system. Kids will go through 12 years of grade school and learn absolutely nothing. AI will do it all for them. We have already seen the last truly literate generation.
All of this is coming, and fast. There is still time to prevent some of the worst outcomes, or at least put them off. But our leaders aren’t doing a single thing about any of this. None of them are taking it seriously. We’re sleepwalking into a dystopia that any rational person can see from miles away. It drives me nuts. Are we really just going to lie down and let AI take everything from us? Is that the plan?

The Irony of the “No Kings” Movement
It’s wild how the same people chanting “No Kings” are the first to bow to every new trend, influencer, or ideology that tells them what to think, what to post, and what to believe. The truth is, everyone serves something. The only question is who sits on the throne of your heart.
You can reject authority all you want, but it doesn’t change reality. There is a King. He doesn’t need your vote, your approval, or your permission. His name is Jesus.
The “No Kings” crowd says they’re free, but their chains are just invisible. They worship self, culture, and chaos. Meanwhile, the King they reject is the only one who actually died to set them free.
You can shout “No Kings” all day long, but one day, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

You were not made to be crushed by the weight of the world. You were made to stand on the rock that cannot be moved. The cross of Jesus Christ proves that your value is not measured by your success, your mood, your circumstances, or your performance. It’s measured by His sacrifice.
You can be held by a God who cannot fail, and Whose promises have not expired.
King David once cried, “Why are you cast down, O my soul?” (Psalm 42:5). He spoke to himself not out of madness and chaos, but out of faith. He told his soul to hope in God, because feelings lie, but the Lord does not. You may be surrounded by uncertainty, but God is not uncertain. You may be tired, but He does not grow weary.
The same hands that shaped the stars are holding your story. Even when you cannot trace His plan, you can trust His heart.
“The Lord will perfect that which concerns me.” - Psalm 138:8
