How do I say this...
You don't want to use AI when you can reduce something to a deterministic solution.
What do I mean?
You don't want to use AI to fill in fields in loan documents or operating agreements.
Instead you want to use AI to build the software that does it for you. And then you don't need the AI tool again for that task.
It's a subtle difference, but a really important one.

I don’t raise rents on tenants that pay the last 12 months on time.
If by the time your renewal comes up, you’ve paid me on time for the last 12 months, your rent stays the same.
I send this note:
“Your lease is coming up for renewal. You’ve consistently paid me on time for the last 12 months and I appreciate your consistency. I’d like to offer you a 12-months extension at the original lease terms, including rent price.”
I find that tenants are greatly motivated to continue paying on time after this.
I send the same exact message the next year.

My novel POUND FOOLISH is out today!
It's about a serial killer who plays on an NFL team.
If you love the NFL (like I do), but feel conflicted b/c the league does EVERYTHING IT CAN to lie to us, steal from us, and sweep scandal under the rug
I think you'll like Pound Foolish:
