This is disgusting, blatant antisemitism. The vitriol of Cenk and his nephew are going to cost us this seat. El-Sayed should disavow this ad!
Abdul El-Sayed blames Israel for the price of your eggs and bananas, even though he knows that higher grocery prices are only due to supply, energy and inflation factors. Shame on anyone voting for a candidate who uses Antisemitic talking points to win an election.

Just to state the obvious: It’s entirely possible to oppose aid to Israel— whether on moral, foreign policy, or financial grounds — without promoting the fiction that such aid, or Israel itself, is responsible for what Americans pay for their groceries.

Wouldn't be Begin, who ultimately reformed. Would be Jabotinsky.

I'm tired of the factional fighting. Let's win!
When a leading economist creates a "running read on the health of the economy" and doesn't include anything on consumer debt, which is currently eating up 50 cents of every dollar in wage gains that workers get, it gives you a pretty clear sense of how we ended up in this mess

Real or nominal? Flat or even declining real home prices is ok. Assuming we keep our current monetary regime, 25 years of declining nominal home prices would only happen is there was a second great depression that was worse than the first one.
You can press one button - which one do you choose? Green - home prices go up, each year, for the next 25 years Red - home prices go down, each year, for the next 25 years

My favorite idea for white against the Benko. White to play and get a clear advantage.

A whole bunch of typos to just end up advocating for ethnic cleansing.

This is just stupid semantics. You could call them Zulus and it wouldn't give them a legal right to any part of an extant state without that state's consent.
Replying to @MikeFellman
What you call them is actually quite significant. By calling them Palestinians the implication is that all of Palestine is theirs by right. After all, who else would Palestine belong to if not Palestinians? So even parts owned by Jews, or empty desert or areas where Jews are a majority, are seen as belongung to them.

People are not pointing this out academically. They point out something which happens to be true to imply that the people we today call Palestinians are undeserving of self-determination.
Replying to @MikeFellman
It’s not “dehumanizing” to note the political term was invented 60 years ago as jordanian and Arab league geopolitical play. And that before that “Palestinian” mostly referred to Jews. Marx used the term around 1800, “Palestinian” to mean Jews for example, one of the first modern European refrences.

People who became refugees in the 1948 war have a strong claim of right of return, though any final settlement will likely negotiate it away. Descendants of refugees have a considerably weaker claim to right of return, if they have one at all.

No, national identity or historic connection to land does not convey either a right to sovereignty over it or a right to return to it. If it did, the entire world map would need to be redrawn.
Replying to @MikeFellman
Labels do not erase individual rights, but national identities and historical narratives do shape political rights, refugee definitions (UNRWA’s unique hereditary one), and territorial claims in this conflict.

Correct. There are no Israelis without Israel.
Replying to @MikeFellman
Nor did Israelis

A common misconception. There is no right to return to an "ancestral homeland" in international law.
Replying to @MikeFellman
It does actually. Nations have national rights, including a right to ancestral lands. Individuals have civil rights, which can be overriden (usually with compensation).

One of the stupidest "pro-Israel" arguments out there is that what you call Palestinians (Arab, Palestinian, Bedouin, ect) affects what rights they hold. It's dehumanizing and it needs to stop.
Replying to @khorramshar_44
None - “Palestinians” didn’t exist in 1948
