This will mean that when paramedics and railway staff lawfully vote to strike they could be forced to work – and sacked if they don’t comply.

I’m not sure what it takes for people in the U.K. to realise that democracy is slipping through their fingers. Jacob Rees-Mogg is admitting today that voter ID was an attempt at gerrymandering. The public order act has put the fundamental right to protest in the hands of an institutional racist police force. Since Brexit, the rate of decline in a democratic freedoms has exponentially risen. Just how bad does it need to get before people realise how dangerous the situation is becoming?
