And I try to do things that help me to refocus. This is where I give advice that seems prosaic but really does actually help. Getting exercise helps. Mindfulness and meditation help. Getting enough sleep and eating right helps. (3)

On March 26, 1872, Thomas J Martin’s, a Black inventor, improved upon an earlier model of the fire extinguisher and was granted a patent for his version of the fire-fighting tool. His invention is listed in the U. S. Patent Office in Washington, DC under patent number 125,063.

Teens donated toys for her annual Christmas party for 300 children of incarcerated parents and thieves stole everything but the gift wrap from a U-Haul in front of Saymendy Lloyd’s house in NE. The party is Saturday and she’s scrambling to replace gifts. Her contact 202-903-6197.
