Today at the Wiper rally in Kitengela, I was standing beside Kalonzo's vehicle when Linda Mwananchi supporters positioned themselves in front of it and chanted “Sifuna! Sifuna!” We were forced to shout them down too. Hatuna ubaya na Sifuna, but mutual respect is non-negotiable.

The last two weeks have been the longest I have spent in Kenya since 2013 😳😳 & I have had the most relaxing, quiet time. I come to Nairobi on a regular basis but it usually ranges from 24hrs to 4 days max. I didn’t alert friends I was home. I just wanted to rest. Packed more pajamas than proper outfits. No meet ups. No “one for the road”. Me. Sleep. Bic rides. Food. Repeat. And for the 1st time in 13 years, I hate having to leave
