Five breakout Twins prospects who elevated their profile in 2026, led by Marek Houston

Houston, the Twins' first-round pick in 2025, established himself as an MLB-wide top-100 prospect by showing more offensive upside than expected right away.

So proud of @benross1512. First Major League hit a double that one hops the wall. He's had a career year for us. OPS more than 200 points higher than a year ago. 30 doubles, 20 homers overall. And now a well-deserved first Major League hit. Congrats Ben.

His only other Triple-A home run came in his first as a Saint, September 17, 2022. Now, 1,446 days later @jake_rucker hits his second homer in a Saints uniform. He was blistering hot at @WindSurgeICT upon his call up on September 1 slashing .314 (22-70)/.443/.614/1.057 w/6 2B, 5 HR & 17 RBI in 21 August games

One note on this cycle, Emmanuel Rodriguez had never had a 4 hit game in his previous 344 Minor League games. His first 4-hit game of his career goes for the cycle

How do you bump Joe Ryan from being the headline. YOU HIT FOR THE CYCLE. Emmanuel Rodriguez becomes the second player in all of Saints franchise history to hit for the cycle. He crushes this sweeper 415 feet to center. He joins @Matt_Wallner as the only players to hit for the cycle. Rodriguez singled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, tripled in the 6th, and homered in the 7th. He's 4-5 with two RBI and three runs scored
