Proud to be in Cambridge with @Mrs_B_Reading today standing with our @NEUnion colleagues, standing up for a fair deal for teachers and schools and most importantly standing up for our newborn's future education. @NEUCambs @cyclingkev @MaryBoustedNEU #PayUp #TeacherStrike
Looks like something you’d find in a science text book about woman’s organs @bbceurovision #CYP

It's important to take at least one day of your weekend and spend it relaxing. Read a good book, watch a new show, take a nap on a lily pad. A rested frog is a happy frog! (Applies to other species as well.)
Doing reading CPD this morning with my staff and will be sharing my very fond memory with @Bridgeanne of when the school was in “lockdown” and we hunkered down in my book corner 😂

There's "teacher busy" and "normal busy". When a teacher says they are busy, it usually means they haven't had lunch, been to the toilet or stopped for a single second to acknowledge life for a while.
This time last week I was at school till 7:50 readying myself for my first Ofsted in 7 years. As the new English Lead I was incredibly nervous but on reflection the amazing comments I got from my SLT and the inspectors were a huge confident boost #beingallowedtoshine #proud #team

We're extremely sad to hear the news of the passing of Jill Murphy.
“I just wanted to have a book on the shelf... a real book with my name on it.”
Millions of book sales later, she achieved so much more, and her stories will continue to delight families for generations to come.
