Jesse Adams, a Canadian volunteer and founder of RainCoast Dog Rescue Society, was killed on October 25 while evacuating animals from Kramatorsk, Ukraine.
He was working alongside Animal Rescue Kharkiv, helping rescue animals and civilians from frontline communities.
A russian FPV drone struck the windshield of their evacuation vehicle, which had just been loaded with rescued animals. Jesse suffered severe injuries and later died in hospital despite emergency surgery.
He traveled halfway around the world to save lives, only to lose his own to a russian drone while doing exactly that.
Hundreds of animals are alive today because of Jesse.
Rest in peace, Jesse. Thank you for everything you did for Ukraine.

Hasan Piker found out that the woman who wrote smear articles about him, accusing him of awful, untrue things, just exposed the fact that she was paid $1500 by Ethan Klein to write those articles. This is fucking wild. She admitted in her statement that she still hates Hasan.
They should all be sued for lying.

π¨ JUST IN: BIG TROUBLE FOR SCOTT JENNINGS! CNNβs pro-Trump commentator has been hit with a MASSIVE $72.5 MILLION defamation lawsuit from political streamer Hasan Piker.
The lawsuit, filed today in federal court in Washington, D.C., accuses Jennings of spreading a deliberately manipulated video that falsely portrayed Piker as advocating for the lynching of Black Americans.
But hereβs where things get even worse for Jennings.
Per the complaint, Jennings didnβt just broadcast misleading footage. He allegedly added a FABRICATED QUOTE that Piker never said, stripping away the context showing that Piker was actually mocking racist rhetoric, not endorsing it.
Independent fact-checkers previously confirmed that the video misrepresented Pikerβs remarks.
Now Piker is seeking $27.5 MILLION in compensatory damages and another $45 MILLION in punitive damages. The allegations will have to be proven in court.
This could become a major legal headache for one of Trumpβs most prominent defenders on cable news.
Itβs about time this kind of deception has consequences.

π¨ NEWS: A Texas judge has ordered Gov. Greg Abbott to let his political opponent, State Rep. Gina Hinojosa, inspect more than 1,000 pages of UNREDACTED communications between Abbott and Elon Musk.
Yes, the same communications Abbott's office previously sought to shield from public scrutiny, describing portions as too βintimate and embarrassing.β
Of the 1,374 pages previously produced, all but roughly 200 were redacted or completely blacked out.
The ruling comes amid growing scrutiny of Abbott's relationship with Musk, whose companies have received major Texas tax breaks and government incentives, including a reported $1.66 BILLION tax break shortly after Musk donated $500,000 to Abbott's reelection campaign.
Now, a judge has ordered Abbott to let Hinojosa see what was hidden behind those black bars.

This is Wild: Mamdani Tells New Yorkers Their Rights During ICE Encounters. MAGA Calls It Sedition.
New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani released a Spanish-language video explaining what residents can legally do when ICE agents come knocking. Republicans responded with outrage.
Mamdani explained that agents generally cannot force their way into a home without a judge-signed warrant, consent, or an emergency. Residents can request that officers slide the warrant under the door and refuse entry if agents lack proper legal authorization.
He also reminded viewers of their right to remain silent, ask whether they're free to leave during a street encounter, and consult an attorney before signing immigration documents.
Apparently, explaining constitutional rights is now considered a threat, and Republican critics attacked the mayor.
Sen. Rick Scott accused Mamdani of helping people evade immigration enforcement. Sen. Mike Lee questioned whom the video was intended to benefit. MAGA commentators went further, calling it sedition and demanding prosecution.
Mamdani wasn't encouraging anyone to break the law. He was explaining how the law protects them.
