UCP members who are policy and governance geeks will sit up and take notice of this one. The CBC's Janet French rightly asks what the Premier will do about the fact that the UCP is not an expressly federalist Party, will such a thing be put into the documents. Premier replies that the mandate of 75% for option 1 of Question 10 is that mandate. My thoughts: it ain't in the documents unless the Members say so. THE LIE about the founding documents continues!
