To clarify. Only the 2 right lanes of the Inbound Kennedy are open at Ohio. The Ontario feeder ramp to the Outbound Kennedy express lanes are closed. The Ontario ramp to the OB JFK locals is open. IB Kennedy is 2 hours from Ohare to downtown.

It was dispatched that a rider flew off of his motorcycle up high on the Ontario ramp to the Outbound express lanes, and then landed down below on the inbound local lanes. @nbcchicago is working to get more information.
