This 10,000m race has me glued to the TV. American almost wiped out mid-race but got back on the horse. Ethiopians working together, conversing mid-race. Ugandan asserted dominance with some hand fighting. The drama is phenomenal. Oh yeah and the pace is insane. #Olympics

🗣️ "Let's just say a lot of people in the U.S. were very, very, very upset that I ran the 4x400. And to that, I say: Run faster. Push me out." @LylesNoah will only be contesting the 4x100m at this weekend's World Relays. He's been vocal about running the 100m, 200m, 4x100m and 4x400m at this year's Paris Olympics. He was part of the U.S. 4x400m team that earned a silver medal at World Indoors. FULL WORLD RELAYS PREVIEW: citiusmag.com/articles/what-…

Shohei Ohtani's $700 million contract calls for him to be paid only $2 million a year for the next 10 seasons, with $680 million deferred until the end of the deal, sources confirm to ESPN. The CBT hit on the contract is going to be around $46 million, a huge discount for L.A.
