Yesterday I spoke in the budget debate which will boost business and the North.
The news about Treasury North, the UK Investment Bank in Leeds and a freeport in Teeside shows the Government really means business about levelling up and will provide benefits for the whole region.
"Would the Prime Minister agree that if we are to rebalance the economy, level up the country, we need a modern day, proactive regional economic policy?"

We know that school closures have had a huge impact on all children.
