Some moments stay with you forever. Tonight was one of them. As the final arrow found its mark and Mighty Marathas lifted the Season 2 trophy, I couldn't help but look back. For over two decades, I have walked alongside Indian archery, through empty stands, modest ranges and quiet dreams that few believed in. To stand here today, watching a packed arena cheer for our archers under the lights, feels like a dream we once only dared to imagine. Heartiest congratulations to Mighty Marathas on a magnificent triumph! And to every archer who stepped onto that field this season, you are the reason this dream is now real. Had a warm and cordial meeting with Hon’ble Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Shri @mansukhmandviya Ji. We discussed the performance of Indian archers at the Asian Games and Asian Para Games, along with the success of the Archery Premier League. On behalf of the entire archery fraternity, I conveyed my congratulations on the athletes’ performances and expressed heartfelt gratitude for his able leadership, guidance and continued support for the sport. The encouragement and support extended to Indian sports under the visionary guidance of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji and your leadership are truly commendable. This continued commitment is empowering our young athletes to excel on the world stage and bring pride to the nation.
