Today, I had the honour of presiding over the induction training for local government leaders and technical staff from across the Acholi sub-region, as implementation of NUSAF IV officially begins.
This induction equips those who will lead the work at district and community level with a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities. NUSAF IV is a chance to improve livelihoods, strengthen households and rebuild opportunity in Northern Uganda, and it will only succeed if we implement it well.
I call on all leaders and technical staff to work together, serve with integrity, and make sure every project reaches the people it is meant for.
Let us deliver results our communities can see and feel.
