Earlier this summer, Seasats' Lightfish was deployed as part of Exercise Northern Viking 2026 in Iceland, supporting Commander, Task Force 66 in training U.S. and Icelandic Coast Guard operators on unmanned surface vessel operations in the North Atlantic. Northern Viking 2026 is a joint force and allied live exercise designed to strengthen interoperability and readiness across the Greenland-Iceland-United Kingdom gap. As allied ships and aircraft patrolled the Icelandic coastline, Lightfish operators trained on deploying and controlling autonomous surface vessels built to provide persistent maritime domain awareness in all weather and sea conditions. Over the last month, Seasats has booked more than $24 million in new orders in support of U.S. national security customers. The orders span USV procurement and Robot-as-a-Service contracts, and include Lightfish for delivery to the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Navy.
