Tell me you have no idea what council tax funds without telling me 🤦🏻‍♀️ The problem is underfunded services, not the existence of council tax 🙄
Council tax is the biggest scam going in the UK. Why am I paying nearly £200 a month just to have my fucking bins emptied?

The whole point of a screening programme is to catch cancer before symptoms appear, not wait until people realise they might need it. It’s an investment in catching a potentially fatal disease early, that many other countries don’t have. Moron 🙄
Hubs just got an NHS bowel cancer screening kit unasked for. They waste about £15m a year on unreturned kits. 35% approx I phoned up at his request to opt out. They now have to send a letter for him to sign. Why are people not asked to opt in to this if they want it?

It’s good to watch the fall of Farage. He’s lost it all at once very quickly. Perfect ending. Shut the door on your way out. And take your mates with you.

I find it very strange that your first thought is my arsehole getting ‘done’ Mark. Are you quite well? Or just a really, creepy old pervert?

What an embarrassing afternoon for Reform UK. Farage and Jenrick unveiled their economic plans to a half-empty hall in central London. Asked about the empty seats, Farage first blamed “staff incompetence”, then suggested the businessmen invited were simply too busy to attend. How disgraceful to publicly humiliate your own staff rather than take responsibility. An event meant to showcase Reform’s readiness for government instead showed how quickly Farage blames others when things go wrong. You just know what sort of man he is to work with. If he’s this willing to blame his staff publicly, who knows what kind of behaviour is going on behind closed doors.

I've read more from Reform attacking ITV than apologising for the racism.
They didn’t ‘investigate.’ They commited criminals acts. Forged documents and violated a veteran. They will very likely serve prison sentences. I hope they think it was worth it.

Former bricklayer here. Most working class people (like most middle-class people) are disgusted by the comments coming from Reform UK figures caught on camera by ITV. Bigoted privately educated multimillionaire far-right wanker Nigel Farage doesn't give a solitary shit about working class people. Nor does bigoted privately educated multimillionaire far-right wanker Rupert Lowe.
Posh-boy millionaire Nigel Farage’s latest excuse is that most working-class men are racist and misogynistic, sniff women’s chairs, would sexually assault female colleagues and make disgusting remarks about their own daughters, such as: “Fuck me, if she was my daughter, it would still be bath night on a Thursday. I’ll wash you properly this time.” The white working-class friends I grew up with, from primary and secondary school to college and university, are not nonces or bigots. Farage doesn’t get to smear an entire class of people to excuse the disgusting behaviour of Reform councillors and activists.

Sadly, this will be a wet dream for Reform/Restore bunch. Twitter and Reform are flooded with people who think disabled people should be wiped out of the gene pool. They’re no longer afraid of hiding their true opinions about disabled people.
Tonight at 10pm, Channel 4 airs what might be its most bizarre documentary yet. 'The Experiment' invites unsuspecting Brits to tour a fake care home for disabled people, then sees if they'll endorse Nazi-inspired policies. Essentially, Candid Camera meets Mein Kampf.

You don't have to be under 30 to deserve opportunities. You might want to study at 45. Start a business at 55. Fall in love at 70. Freedom of Movement was never just about youth. It's about the freedom to live your life, whatever your age.

Reform UK just got fined £2,187 for 4 breaches of electoral law. They could pay that fine 32, 914 times with there recent £72,000,000 donation. See the problem here?

Farage & Reform are quick to champion free speech when it suits them, but when they don’t like the subject matter, suddenly they object. You can’t demand freedom for your own voice while trying to silence everyone else’s.

That’s exactly why The Experiment matters. 💔 It shows how easily people can be manipulated into fearing and blaming others. When did scapegoating minorities, disabled people and refugees become acceptable? We should be learning from history, not repeating it #DisabilityRights

5/7 Find a scapegoat. Feed the fear. Fuel the anger. Then watch what happens. The question is this, how far can people be pushed when they stop questioning the system and start blaming one another?

6/7 Meanwhile, politicians and people like Farage and his wealthy backers will laugh all the way to the bank while ordinary people are busy blaming each other.

7/7 Keep the public angry, keep them divided, and keep them distracted, because a population fighting amongst itself is far less likely to question who’s really benefiting. The people at the top win while everyone else pays the price. #TheExperiment #Channel4 #StopTheHate

3/7 That is what makes The Experiment so relevant. Exploring how ordinary people can be influenced by group dynamics, authority and the creation of an artificial social hierarchy & how quickly divisions can develop when people are encouraged to see others as inferior or a threat.

4/7 The connection is a warning, that almost every right-wing politician follows the same playbook, when people are taught whom to fear and whom to blame, prejudice can be manufactured, division can be normalised, and hostility can become easier to justify.
