Our streets in Atlanta are insanely clogged because some folks 70 years ago thought it was a good idea. It wasn’t .
Let’s tear them out and move on.
The "Valentine's Day" traffic in ATL proper today is definitely justification for congestion pricing. It would support necessary investment in our infrastructure and help fund multimod space to encourage people to move in other ways. ATL is not just a parking lot.
