$EOSE Indensity? It considered container units around 2.6 metres high, with one potential configuration allowing them to be double-stacked. Frontier now says Busby is expected to use long-duration batteries supplied by US manufacturer Eos Energy Enterprises, including its Z3 zinc-based technology, rather than conventional lithium-ion batteries. scottishnews.com/articles/co…

not a new take, but $EOSE has a really good comp in $BE. back in 2015, Bloom was a -105% Gross Margin business. It took them until 2024 (9 years!!!) to make it to Positive Operating Margin. Meanwhile, $EOSE is poised to make this transition in just about 2 years: Q4'25 to Q4'27, give or take 1-2 quarters. $BE stock did nothing until 2025, when their mature business finally caught the eyes of the market when AI/power boom was trendy. Just further proof that the business is not the stock, and that despite all the (some of it valid) criticism, Eos is about to acheive something great, and after traversing the valley of death, should reap the rewards. Long-term thinking is required most in moments of short-term uncertainty. S/O to @CompoundingTony and his great write-up today.

$EOSE Masterclass by Tony AKA Batt-X Yoda
$EOSE | How I think about investing when confidence is disappearing. (1/4)🧵 I’ve been getting quite a few questions lately about $EOSE. People are frustrated, worried, losing confidence, or wondering whether they should sell now and buy back lower. I understand why. The stock is trading around $1.65, management keeps disappointing investors, and despite the progress the company is making, the market seems completely unimpressed. So I thought it might be useful to share how I think about investing. Not to convince anyone to buy, sell, or hold $EOSE. But because I think the way we deal with uncertainty, risk, and time has an enormous influence on our investment decisions. 1. The stock price is not the business. A falling stock price doesn’t automatically mean the business is deteriorating. Just as a rising stock price doesn’t necessarily mean things are going well. I try to separate those two things. When I look at Eos today, I see a company that has made enormous progress compared to where it was a few years ago. Manufacturing capabilities, production capacity, actual deliveries, revenue. The progress is real. And there’s something else worth considering. This isn’t just happening to $EOSE. I follow a lot of tickers, and a surprisingly large number of them are trading at or near their 52-week lows. That doesn’t automatically mean they’re all undervalued. But it does make me question how much of what we’re seeing is specific to Eos and how much reflects broader market sentiment. Because when a stock falls, it’s tempting to look at the company and assume something must be fundamentally wrong. Sometimes that’s true. Sometimes the market is simply repricing risk across an entire group of companies. Understanding the difference matters. Does all this mean Eos is worth more than its current market cap? That’s a separate question. But I don’t let the stock price tell me what to think about the business. 2. I have serious doubts about management. Let’s be clear about that. For years, management has repeatedly failed to deliver on its own expectations. They keep changing the numbers and metrics they emphasize, seemingly choosing whichever comparison looks best that particular quarter. And once again, we’re watching them gradually walk back guidance. I find that genuinely astonishing. You would think they’d have learned from previous mistakes by now. Sometimes I wonder whether they’re simply terrible at anticipating setbacks or whether they don’t fully understand the challenges they’re facing. Maybe those aren’t even two different things. So no, I don’t blindly trust management. But over the past decades , I’ve learned something important. My confidence in management and my confidence in the underlying opportunity are two very different things. They don’t always move in the same direction. I can have serious doubts about management while simultaneously recognizing enormous progress in the business. That doesn’t make management irrelevant. Especially not when execution and financial runway are so critical. But it does mean I refuse to let my frustration with management blind me to what’s actually happening.

Added some $EOSE today. Starting to build size. How I see it: 30-40cts downside here for a lot of potential upside if I am right.

$EOSE We saw similar days in H1 2024, when the stock hit ~$0.60. Volatility is the middle name of this stock. That’s a given. Back then, they were short on cash. This time, they’re short on credibility. Not sure which is worse.

$EOSE we should have no problems getting demand given all the generation that's trying to be added to ERCOT grid. + all the BTM generation. the opportunity is massive. Sounds like a broken record but on days like this it feels like it's important to remember.
Texas just froze new data center permits: - Its queue went from 63 GW to 474 GW in 18 months, more than 5x record peak demand - Only 9.5 GW is approved and about 4.3 GW is actually running - The rest is duplicates, speculation, and developers who have never plugged in a GPU a16z's @rmcentush on why the grid can't build for that many maybes: a16z.news/p/why-texas-is-mak…

I Spent What I Was Given When death comes, I hope I do not ask for more time. I hope I spent what I was given. When death comes, I hope the people I loved knew it—not from what I promised, but from the hours I gave them. When death comes, I hope I took risks when caution would have been easier, and chose the uncertain road when fear told me not to. When death comes, I hope I did not mistake being near my children for being with them. When death comes, I hope there is nothing important I kept saving for later. No life I meant to live once the timing was right. When death comes, I hope I can say: I loved deeply. I risked enough. I failed and began again. I was present for what mattered. And I lived. - Mr. Tinker

$EOSE Interesting to look back one year ago. Eos was $10, Line 1 being built out. Backlog of $670m Was guiding $150m for the year with the following year of $477m with inflecting margins. Here we are today at $3, Guiding for double that amount of $300m for 2026 and $576m for '27 with inflecting margins. Backlog now of $807m Market can overshoot both ways. Was is overvalued/overoptimistic last year. Same on the downside now? Since then you have had: MN8 - Supply agreement for up to 750 MWh Talen - Strategic collaboration Turbine x - 2GWh JDA FPUSA - 2GWh capacity reservation CAPAC Energy - Binding 750 MWh capacity commitment Golden Dome defense contract Google/MN8 100 MWh deal You have 2 lines being consolidated under 1 roof DOE tranche 2 received. You've got an executive order currently being negotiated which could put a ban on Chinese batteries. The past is the past and I always try to take a fresh look from today looking fwd. 1 year might seem like a long time for some but it really isn't. There is certainly a credabilty issue at play. Over promise and underdeliver has been a theme of the past. But that does not mean that the company isn't moving in the wrong direction. An important distinction. Thorn hill is critical. Margins must inflect if further dilution is to be kept to a minimum and to prove that they can manufacture these batteries at scale for a profit. All of these risks are coming to a head. They cannot hide outside of Thornhill. Pipeline conversion also remains critical. Joe has mentioned recently that Selling the battery and identifying ops is not the hard part. It's closing those ops into orders. So at $3 today and even better fwd guidance than at the same time last year but are investors nervous to step in? As usual its buy high and sell low for many folks. Fear kicks in. They see the current trend and dont touch it. Loved it last year at $10. Hate it now at $3 (yes yes there are more outstanding shares etc today than last. But valuation is still far lower than it was a year ago even with the OS and FD shares)
$EOSE For those new to the name This is not some hype meme company. There is a high chance that we are at the start of a significant inflection point in the companies growth. Hopefully the large orders the company has talked about materials soon along with proof of manufacturing growth of line 1. Each line is essentially a copy and paste of each other. Plus id expect there to be further improvements and efficiencies that they can get from future lines. This would prove that scale manufacturing is possible Second point is large orders. Ideally from hyper scalers and large utilities. This would prove the demand and validate the tech from a demand point of view. These 2 essentially unlock the huge earnings potential that lies ahead of Eos. I am personally not as focused on the rev numbers as much as I am on the orders and manufacturing capabilities. Average Street estimates for Revenue 2025 - $147m 2026 - $477m 2027 - $1.03B 2028 - $1.56B
